Holiday Returns

This holiday season, we will be happy to accept returns within 90 days for purchases made in any Vera Bradley Corporate Store or on verabradley.com between October 18, 2018 and January 1, 2019.

Follow the steps below to complete the online return process:

1. Submit the Return Online

  • Do you have an account? Sign into your account and view your “Order History” to initiate a return.

  • Don't have an account? You can look up an order via Order Status using an email or order number along with the billing zip code to initiate a return.

  • Is this a ShopRunner order? Please visit the ShopRunner site.

2. Repack Merchandise

  • Package the merchandise in its original container, if available. Enclose the completed Return Form and the original Vera Bradley receipt or packing slip.

3. Ship Merchandise

  • Affix the Return Label and return your items to:

Follow the steps below to complete a gift return:

In the event we do not have original proof of purchase, your new and unused item may be returned without a receipt for the lowest sold price for a merchandise credit.
