Creative Marketing & Communications
The Consumer Experience team focuses on the development and execution of communication initiatives that convey the Vera Bradley brand image and positioning. Creative Services is our internal creative agency that designs, develops and produces advertising and marketing collateral. Public Relations plans and executes innovative communication strategies including editorial coverage with national media and events to elevate Vera Bradley's brand cachet.
The Digital team drives customer and brand engagement through innovative and integrated strategies across eCommerce, digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) for the Vera Bradley brand. They develop and execute all of Vera Bradley's eCommerce and mobile roadmap, manage web operations and analytics, and focus on expanding Vera Bradley's omni-channel capabilities and global digital footprint. On the digital marketing and CRM side, they develop marketing programs across display advertising, paid search, SEO and affiliate marketing, as well as e-mail and customer communication strategy across all channels.
The most important theme in Vera Bradley's Finance department is business partnership. These Associates play a key role in planning and analyzing business trends, providing actionable information and managing expenses. They work closely with the rest of Vera Bradley's corporate departments and stores to maximize return on investment and improve profitability. They also ensure complete and accurate books and records and compliance with the regulatory environment — enabling Vera Bradley to keep fulfilling its mission day in and day out.
Human Resources drives the success of our business through our top initiative, Power Performance Through Our People. This initiative is focused on building a world-class team of empowered, talented and high-performance individuals and teams who rally around our brand and core values. Our team consists of individuals who partner with the business on employee relations, training and development, compliance, HR analytics, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, engagement and retention.
Global Wholesale Sales
The Global Wholesale channel is passionate about delivering sales by partnering with Specialty gift retailers who are locally owned across the country as well as Department Stores and Key Accounts. Not only are we focused on meeting sales goals but also on the importance of fostering relationships and leveraging the individual personalities of each unique location to better serve customers. We take pride in our ability to significantly impact business performance through strategic and sincere sales tactics. As a member of our team you will be challenged to be a product expert each selling season, exceed your sales goals and continually prospect new accounts that align with our brand identity.
The mission of the Customer Service Department is to “make her day” through creating a memorable, unique and insightful connection that makes her smile.
We communicate with her through phone calls, email, online chats, letters and social media. We support the following areas of the business: eCommerce customers, brick and mortar store customers, Specialty Retail Partners, Sales Consultants, Home Office team members, Full Line and Factory Store Associates and International customers.
