COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  • What if I plan to travel with a tour group?

     

    Groups consist of 20 or more arriving on a chartered bus may join our Charter Club for a minimal fee. Tour group leaders may email vbannualsale@verabradley.com or more information on time slot pricing and availability.

  • Do I have to register to attend the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    No, only those who choose to make a purchase must register. Registration confirmation and valid ID are required to check out. Instead of the printed email confirmation, you can also supply a phone number and ID. Guest Registration will be open throughout the duration of the sale via personal mobile devices and on site with a valid photo ID.

  • Do I need to register for each day?

     

    You only need to register once for the entire Annual Outlet Sale. Please bring your registration confirmation, along with your photo ID, to the Annual Outlet Sale each day.

  • I lost my registration/my printer wouldn’t print my registration. What should I do?

     

    Simply provide your phone number and a photo ID during checkout. We will be able to access your online registration.

  • Does my child need a ticket?

     

    Children age 14 years and older will need a ticket to attend a Ticketed Session. Anyone making a purchase must provide their completed registration and photo ID.

  • How much does parking cost?

     

    Parking in the General Lot for cars, vans, etc. is $5.00 per vehicle with no in/out privileges. Parking for buses or RVs is $15.00. The Preferred Parking lot is $8.00 per vehicle and is accessible from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard at the circle drive (east of the Paul Shaffer Drive traffic light).

  • Are wheelchairs allowed inside the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    Yes. Anyone who has a medical need for a wheelchair will be allowed to have one.

  • Are strollers permitted at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    Strollers are welcome when small children are riding in them, however, the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum prohibits carts from being brought into the venue.

  • Are we allowed to sit on the floor and sort our merchandise?

     

    Fire Code prohibits any sitting on the floor at any time. Please be prepared and wear comfortable shoes.

  • What forms of payment are accepted at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    Vera Bradley will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Checks and Vera Bradley Gift Cards will not be accepted.

GENERAL


  • I’m concerned about privacy. What if I don’t want to provide my information to Vera Bradley? Can I still shop if I don’t give you my name and address?

     

    Vera Bradley maintains a strict privacy policy. Those who choose to make a purchase must register.

  • How long do I get to shop at a Ticketed Session? Can I shop until the session closes or do I need to be checked out when the session closes?

     

    We encourage everyone to shop the main floor as long as possible but everyone must be in line for checkout in time to be completely done shopping by the time the session ends.

  • What colors and styles are available?

     

    A mixture of retired colors, styles and collections are available. There will also be some exclusive items we made just for the Annual Outlet Sale!

  • How can I stay connected to the Annual Outlet Sale action all weekend??

  • What is the return policy for items purchase at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    All sales are final.

  • How much can I purchase at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    The maximum purchase is $3,500 per person for the duration of the Annual Outlet Sale.

  • Could I get a tour of the Vera Bradley facilities?

     

    We do not offer public tours of our facilities; however, we encourage you to visit our Jefferson Pointe Vera Bradley Store.

  • What if I plan to travel with a tour group?

  • Do I have to register to attend the Annual Outlet Sale?

  • Why is Vera Bradley asking everyone to register for the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    Our goal is to provide the best selection for all customers who attend the Annual Outlet Sale. A registration system is being put in place to allow Vera Bradley the ability to provide promotional information and updates to all registrants during the Annual Outlet Sale. In addition, this will provide the ability to accurately track purchase information and ensure adherence to the $3,500-per-person purchase limit.

  • Do I need to register for each day?

     

    You only need to register once for the entire Annual Outlet Sale. Please bring your registration confirmation, along with your photo ID, to the Annual Outlet Sale each day. You can also provide your phone number and ID during the checkout process to locate your registration.

  • What if I didn’t register?

     

    There are kiosks inside the Annual Outlet Sale where you may register. Please make sure to have a photo ID ready. You can also register using a mobile device.

  • Is there an age limit to register?

     

    Only those making a purchase need to register. You must be 14 years of age or older to register and make a purchase.

TICKETS


  • Does my child need a ticket?

     

    Children age 14 years and older will need a ticket to attend a Ticketed Session. Anyone making a purchase must provide their completed registration and photo ID.

  • I have purchased tickets and will be unable to attend that session. Can I exchange my tickets for another session?

     

    Contact Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 to request an exchange.

PAYMENT


  • Is the limit $3,500 per day, or for the entire Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    The $3,500 limit is per person for the duration of the Annual Outlet Sale, not per day.

  • What forms of payment are accepted at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    Vera Bradley will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Checks and Vera Bradley Gift Cards will not be accepted.

  • Can I use my Vera Bradley Gift Cards at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    Sorry, Vera Bradley Gift Cards are not accepted at the Annual Outlet Sale.

VENUE

  • Why are the lines so long?

     

    We can accommodate a few thousand people in the shopping arena at a time due to fire codes; therefore, when we have high volumes of people attending the Annual Outlet Sale, there might be a slight wait.

  • Are strollers permitted at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    Strollers are welcome when small children are riding in them, however, the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum prohibits carts from being brought into the venue.

  • Will the floor (shopping area) be cleared between each session?

     

    Yes. We do ask that you be in line to check out by the conclusion of your allotted session time in order to make room for the next session and allow our team time to restock merchandise.

  • Are we allowed to sit on the floor and sort our merchandise?

     

    Fire Code prohibits any sitting on the floor at any time. Please be prepared and wear comfortable shoes.

  • Is there any water or food available?

     

    There are a few vendors inside the Annual Outlet Sale, and refreshments will be available for purchase to accommodate those waiting in line.

  • I lost something inside. Where should I look for it?

     

    All found items are turned in to the Coliseum Administrative Office, located on the second floor of the Arena & Expo Center lobby. If you realize you’ve lost an item while still in the shopping area, please visit the Customer Service desk, located at the Center Stage.
