ABOUT THE SALE

  • When is the Sale?

     

    The 2019 Vera Bradley Annual Outlet Sale runs Wednesday, April 10 – Sunday, April 14. The first three days (Wednesday – Friday) are for Ticketed Sessions only. The last two days (Saturday and Sunday) are open and do not require a ticket. See the Schedule & Get Tickets

  • Where is the Sale?

     

    The Vera Bradley Annual Outlet Sale is held at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, located in our hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

  • What products will be available?

     

    Products available at the Sale are primarily retired and overstock items. One of the best parts of the Sale is seeing what surprises are in store! You’ll be able to shop row after row of thousands of fantastic finds — handbags, travel items, accessories — all at can’t-miss prices. Sale attendees will also get to shop our yet-to-be-released new Factory Outlet Store pattern: Tropical Evening.


REGISTRATION

  • Do I have to register to attend the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    You need to register if you plan to make a purchase at the Sale. Please bring your registration confirmation, along with your photo ID, to the Annual Outlet Sale. You can also provide your phone number and ID during the checkout process to locate your registration. Register Now

  • Do I need to register for each day?

     

    You only need to register once for the entire Sale, regardless of day attending.

  • What if I don’t register?

     

    Guest Registration will be open throughout the duration of the Sale via personal mobile devices and on site with a valid photo ID.


TICKETS

  • Do I have to purchase a ticket?

     

    Tickets are required for the first three days of the Sale: Wednesday, April 10 – Friday, April 12. Tickets are NOT required for the last two days — Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 14. We do encourage shopping early for the best selection.

  • How long do I get to shop at a Ticketed Session?

     

    Ticketed Sessions (Wednesday – Friday) are 2.5 hours long. We encourage everyone to shop the main floor as long as possible, but everyone must be in line for checkout in time to be completely done shopping by the time the session ends.

  • Does my child need a ticket?

     

    Children 14 years and older will need a ticket to attend a Ticketed Session. Anyone making a purchase must provide their completed registration and photo ID.

  • I have purchased tickets and will be unable to attend that session. Can I exchange my tickets for another session?

     

    Please contact Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 to request an exchange.

  • I purchased an Early Bird ticket, how will I receive my discount at the Sale?

     

    Your discount is tied to your ticket. Please show your mobile ticket or printed ticket at checkout at the Sale to receive your Early Bird coupon.


VENUE

  • How much does parking cost?

     

    Parking in the General Lot for cars, vans, etc. is $6.00 per vehicle (even on free admission days) with no in/out privileges. Parking for buses or RVs is $18.00. The Preferred Parking lot is $10.00 per vehicle and is accessible from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard at the circle drive (east of the Paul Shaffer Drive traffic light). Cash only.

  • Are wheelchairs allowed inside the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    Anyone who has a medical need can use a wheelchair at the Sale.

  • Are strollers permitted at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    Strollers are welcome when small children are riding in them, however, the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum prohibits carts from being brought into the venue.

  • Is food and water available?

     

    Concessions are available to purchase at a few places inside the venue.

  • I lost something inside. Where should I look for it?

     

    All found items are turned in to the Coliseum Administrative Office, located on the second floor of the Arena & Expo Center lobby. If you realize you’ve lost an item while still in the shopping area, please visit the Customer Service desk, located at the Center Stage.


PAYMENT & RETURNS

  • What forms of payment are accepted at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    We will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Checks and Vera Bradley Gift Cards will not be accepted.

  • Can I use multiple discounts at the Sale?

     

    Special discounts and offers for the Annual Outlet Sale cannot be combined.

  • Is there a shopping limit at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    There is a $3,500 limit per person. This is for the duration of the Annual Outlet Sale, not per day.

  • What is the return policy for items purchased at the Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    All sales are final.


MISCELLANEOUS

  • Should I expect long lines?

     

    While we can accommodate a few thousand people in the shopping area at a time, when we have very high volumes of people attending the Annual Outlet Sale, there might be a short wait.

  • Will the shopping area be cleared between each session?

     

    The shopping area is cleared Wednesday through Friday in between Ticketed Sessions. Therefore, we do ask that you be in line to check out by the conclusion of your allotted session time in order to make room for the next session and allow our team time to restock merchandise.

  • Will there be a place for me to sort through all of my finds while shopping?

     

    New this year! We will be providing an area where you can stand and sort your merchandise. Fire Code prohibits any sitting on the floor at any time. Please be prepared and wear comfortable shoes.

  • May I bring an empty shopping bag into the Sale?

     

    You will be provided with a shopping bag to use while in the Sale. No outside shopping carts, bags, or rolling shopper totes are permitted.

  • What if I plan to travel with a tour group?

     

    Groups of 20 or more arriving on a chartered bus may join our Charter Club for a minimal fee. Read more about the Charter Club
