2020 Vera Bradley Annual Outlet Sale Rescheduled Due to COVID-19 Concerns

The Vera Bradley Annual Outlet Sale, scheduled for April 15 – 19, 2020, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, has been rescheduled due to concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Tens of thousands of loyal fans have historically traveled to our hometown to attend the Sale, and we believe putting the health and well-being of our customers, event staff, associates and community-at-large first is the right decision.

Tickets purchased for the 2020 Annual Outlet Sale will automatically be good for the same day and session of the rescheduled event, which will take place April 7 – 11, 2021. Customers who are unable to attend the rescheduled event will have the option to submit a refund request via Ticketmaster by April 6, 2021.

  • Why was the decision made to reschedule the Vera Bradley Annual Outlet Sale?

     

    Historically, our Annual Outlet Sale has attracted tens of thousands of loyal Vera Bradley fans from across the country and around the world to our hometown each year. We have been diligently monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following guidance from federal, state and local agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and World Health Organization. With the outbreak now declared a pandemic, we believe putting the health and well-being of our customers, event staff and volunteers, associates and community-at-large first is absolutely the right decision.

  • What happens to the ticket(s) I've already purchased?

     

    Tickets purchased for the 2020 Annual Outlet Sale will automatically be good for the same day and session of the rescheduled event, which will take place April 7 – 11, 2021, at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

  • Why are you treating this as a reschedule and not a cancellation?

     

    Rescheduling the event allows us to give ticket holders access to their same preferred day and session — something we know is very important to many of our attendees.

  • What if I am unable to attend the rescheduled event?

     

    Customers who are unable to attend the rescheduled event have the option to submit a refund request via Ticketmaster by April 6, 2021.

  • How do I go about requesting a refund from Ticketmaster?

     

    If you purchased tickets for the 2020 Annual Outlet Sale, you will be receiving a separate email from Ticketmaster with details on new event dates. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you have the option to submit a refund request via Ticketmaster before April 6, 2021, by taking the following steps.

    Signing into My Account on ticketmaster.com and selecting your order to view your tickets
    Clicking the "Refund" button
    Selecting the tickets you'd like to submit a refund for
    Reviewing the details and hitting submit

  • When can I expect to see the refund?

     

    Refunds from Ticketmaster should be received within 7 – 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, debit card, gift card or method of payment used to make your purchase.

  • Can Vera Bradley help me process my refund?

     

    Unfortunately, no, we are unable to process Ticketmaster refunds. They must be submitted via Ticketmaster following the steps outlined above. If you have specific questions or concerns for Vera Bradley, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

  • Ticketmaster took out a processing fee, will that be refunded as well?

     

    Yes — if you request a refund, Ticketmaster will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid and all service fees.

  • What if I need to purchase additional tickets for the rescheduled event?

     

    Additional tickets for the rescheduled event will go on sale February 3, 2021.

  • I had purchased VIP tickets. Does the information outlined above apply to VIP tickets, too?

     

    Yes, your VIP tickets for the 2020 Annual Outlet Sale will automatically be good for the same day and session of the rescheduled event, which will take place April 7 – 11, 2021. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you can request a refund from Ticketmaster following the steps outlined above.

  • My VIP ticket promised an exclusive tote. Will I still get that?

     

    Yes! As a thank-you for your interest in one of our most-loved events, we would like to send you the exclusive tote. You will be receiving an email from us with information to request your tote.

  • Will you be holding any kind of online sale event in lieu of the Annual Outlet Sale?
