  • Mary Kate says:

My mom is an orchestra teacher and taught me how to play the violin when I was 3. She always is willing to “kiss my boo-boos” better.

  • Mary Kate says:

We have a weed problem in our backyard, so the gardening package would be perfect for her.

  • Ca says:

My mother was always there while I was growing up to listen attentively and to give the best advice and guidance . She always loved me so dearly and it was the most wonderful thing in my life!

  • Sonia C. says:

My mother taught me to persevere and do what I felt was right, no matter who thought I was being ridiculous. She always told me to be who I am and say what I feel because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.

  • Chris B. says:

My mother is creative. Out of all the things I remember most, it was her passion and love of crafts and art. She always comes up with special projects, and can turn any room into a must have, five star, designer room!

  • lindakelsie says:

My mother taught me to persevere through whatever comes my way. My dad had a catastrophic stroke about 2.5 years ago and she didn’t leave the hospital the entire time that he was there. She stands by his side in everything that he has to re-learn. It is absolutely amazing. She is so strong.

  • My mom is always helping others. She has taught me to have a giving heart.

  • sonia says:

My mother always told me to do things not for man but for God. On Sundays we loved to sing hymns together. She is so loving!!!!

  • Lori says:

My mother’s patience is something I am constantly striving for. She was so patient when she dealt w/ me as a teenage girl. Boy, do I need her patience now w/ my own teen daughter. I am so blessed to have her guidance and I am fortunate she has a wonderful relationship with her granddaughter.

  • Debbie says:

My mother is a wonderful person. She always puts everyone else before herself. I love her so much. I am so lucky she is my mom.

  • Emily says:

My mom is the BEST! She taught me that the best way to show love was to treat others how I want to be treated.

  • My mother was like the other half of me. We liked the same books, TV shows, foods, clothing. My mother was the youngest of 3 girls and so am I. Mom always made me feel like I was the special one, when she was always the special one. She made each of us girls (my two sisters and I) feel as if we were the best, the smartest, the cutest, the bravest, the classiest, the strongest and we could do it all, have it all. But yet, she never treated any of us different we were all treated the same. My mother is gone for 22 years and I miss her as much now as I did when she first died. I know she would have loved Vera Bradley bags, because she was a sew-er, she made all of clothes as we grew up even our wedding gowns. Vera handbags make me think of her because they are cloth and give you that homey hand made feeling. I would love to win the Vera Bradley contest, but I would rather have just one more hour to talk to my mother.

  • Debbie says:

This gift set is perfect for my mom! She works so hard to keep her yard looking nice. I love her!

  • Kathie M says:

This Mother’s Day will be very hard without my mother for the 10th year and too long since my grandmother taught me how to plant marigolds around the tomato plants to protect them.
Can’t wait to get the gloves and hat to use while mowing the lawn and fixing up the flower beds.

  • Rio says:

My mother taught me to look for the positive in any situation and to love and enjoy life.

  • diana says:

My mother passed away when I was 16 but the gift she left me was a childhood filled with her love and this is what has carried me through this life without her. And this is the love I share with my own children and grandchildren because it is the most precious gift that I can give to them, a mother’s love.

  • Sonya Tidmore says:

My mom was my heart, it took me 10yrs to ever live again after she was gone, if that dont tell u how much she was loved nothing never will rip Janice Webb

  • Rachel D. says:

My mother is incredibly helpful and our relationship continually evolves. She is very motivated and accomplished woman which are wonderful qualities to me.

  • Heather A says:

My mom is softness, sweetness, warmth, glow and light. She radiates love.

  • Melinda Wilson says:

My mom has been a single mom since I was 14 years old which was almost 40 years ago. She was and still is a wonderful example of a godly mom that puts others before herself.

  • Aimee Wojciechowski says:

My mother is the strongest woman I know, inspires me daily, and continues to be the best friend I could ever ask for.

  • Sarah G. says:

My mom taught all of us at home, and she was a wonderful teacher!

  • Hally says:

My stepmom after years of worrying about blending the our kids/his kids debate, just shrugged when I asked about inviting MY inlaws to her house for the holidays. ‘We had to make you kids choose and I hated it. Why should we make the grandkids?’

  • Martha says:

My mom has trouble getting around because she has Parkinson’s disease, but she lives alone and wants to be independent as long as she can. Walking her dogs gives her a good reason to go outside and stay active every day! I admire her strength.

  • MarthaC107 says:

My has taught so many things. Because of her I am who I am today. A strong and confident woman who can stand on her own and love her family and faith deeply.

  • Alison B. says:

My mom is my best friend. She has taught me how to be a mature, respectful daughter. Even though I may not agree with her at all times, she knows whats best for me and just wants me to succeed in life. She would give the shirt off her back for anyone. mother knows best, right? (:

  • Gwen Murphy says:

My mom is my favorite person in my life. She can joke around, she cares, she is just amazingly strong. I am really a clone of her, (shush) 😉 I don’t know where I would be without her <3

  • Cathie Hoy says:

My Mom has been by my side through 14 surgeries, they started when I was just 12. She slept next to me every night, and just three years ago did the same. She has constantly supported me through my medical battles and encourages me every day. At 35 I can say I’m proud to have inherited her traits of loyalty, and faith. My Mom continues to work full time at an elementary school working with children in reading recovery. She starts every school year with Kindergarteners and helps them learn the alphabet. By the end of the year she has them reading. I want nothing more than someone to give me the honor of telling me, “you’re just like your mom!”
