Spring 2012: Rosy Posies

We’ve reached our fourth and final Spring color, and it’s certainly for those with a passion for pink. Liz of Liz on Location has the details on this dainty new design, Rosy Posies.

Rosy Posies

“This color is a mélange of colliding print and pattern. The unique combination of paisleys and oversized florals creates a kaleidoscope of rosy hues.  It’s what we envision for the modern-day gypsy who favors a patchwork style of dressing; layers of wardrobe with diverse elements. It suits the traveler’s lifestyle of meandering around the globe, optimism in tow.

Rosy Posies

This palette was inspired by the coral and red tones found on the cheeks and lips of spring’s runway models. The neutral and white create a quiet foundation and allow the red and pink blossoms to really bloom. Perhaps we were even slightly inspired by Pantone’s 2011 color of the year, honeysuckle, which they deemed,  ‘… courageous, confident and vital. A color for everyday (with nothing “everyday” about it).’”

If you think Rosy Posies is all the rage, comment below. We will select five lucky ladies at random to receive a free Tote in this color.

It’s almost time! Shop the new collection when it arrives online and in stores, Thursday, January 19.
