Q. What if I plan to travel with a tour group?
A. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with tour group details. We welcome bus tours as space allows, and the cost per bus tour attendee is $8.
Q. Do I have to register to attend the Outlet Sale?
A. No, only those who choose to make a purchase must register. Registration confirmation and valid ID are required to check out. Guest Registration will be open throughout the duration of the sale via personal mobile devices and on site with a valid photo ID.
Q. Why is Vera Bradley asking everyone to register for the Sale?
A. Our goal is to provide the best selection for all customers who attend the Outlet Sale. A registration system is being put in place to allow Vera Bradley the ability to provide promotional information and updates to all registrants during the Sale. In addition, this will provide the ability to accurately track purchase information and ensure adherence to the $3,500-per-person purchase limit.
Q. Is the limit $3,500 per day or for the entire Outlet Sale?
A. The $3,500 limit is per person for the duration of the Outlet Sale, not per day.
Q. Do I need to register for each day?
A. You only need to register once for the entire Outlet Sale. Please bring your registration confirmation, along with your photo ID, to the Outlet Sale each day.
Q. I'm concerned about privacy. What if I don't want to provide my information to Vera Bradley? Can I still shop if I don't give you my name and address?
Q. What if I didn't register?
A. There are kiosks inside the Outlet Sale where you may register. Please make sure to have a photo ID ready.
Q. I lost my registration/my printer wouldn't print my registration. What should I do?
A. There are kiosks inside the Outlet Sale along with people who will help you pull up your registration and print it. Please provide a photo ID.
Q. Is there an age limit to register?
A. Only those making a purchase need to register. You must be 14 years of age or older to register and make a purchase.
Q. What happened to the Friends of the Foundation day?
A. There are many opportunities to support the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer at the Outlet Sale. At checkout you will have the option to make a donation to help benefit the Foundation.
Q. Does my child need a ticket?
A. Children age 14 and older will need a ticket to attend a Ticketed Session. Anyone making a purchase must provide their completed registration and photo ID.
Q. How much does parking cost?
A. Parking in the General Lot for cars, vans, etc. is $5.00 per vehicle with no in/out privileges. Parking for buses or RVs is $15.00. The Preferred Parking lot is $8.00 per vehicle and is accessible from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard at the circle drive (east of the Paul Shaffer Drive traffic light).
Q. Why are the lines so long?
A. We can accommodate a few thousand people in the shopping arena at a time due to fire codes; therefore when we have high volumes of people attending the sale, there might be a slight wait.
Q. Are wheelchairs allowed inside the Sale?
A. Yes. Anyone who has a medical need for a wheelchair will be allowed to have one.
Q. Are strollers permitted at the Outlet Sale?
A. Strollers are welcome when small children are riding in them; however, the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum prohibits carts from being brought into the venue.
Q. How long do I get to shop at a Ticketed Session? Can I shop until the session closes or do I need to be checked out when the session closes?
A. We encourage everyone to shop the main floor as long as possible but to be in line for checkout in time to be completely done shopping by the time the session ends.
Q. Will the floor (shopping area) be cleared between each session?
A. Yes. We do ask that you be in line to check out by the conclusion of your allotted session time in order to make room for the next session and allow our team time to restock merchandise.
Q. Are we allowed to sit on the floor and sort our merchandise?
A. Due to fire code, this behavior will not be allowed.
Q. Is there any water or food available?
A. There are a few vendors inside the Outlet Sale, and refreshments will be available for purchase to accommodate those waiting in line.
Q. What colors and styles are available?
A. A mixture of retired colors, styles and collections is available.
Q. How can I stay connected to the Outlet Sale action all weekend?

Q. I lost something inside. Where should I look for it?
A. All lost pieces are turned in to the Coliseum Administrative Office, located on the second floor of the Coliseum. If you realize you’ve lost an item while still in the shopping area, please visit the Customer Service desk.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted at the Sale?
A. Vera Bradley will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Checks and Vera Bradley Gift Cards will not be accepted.
Q. Can I use my Vera Bradley Gift Cards at the Sale?
A. Sorry, Vera Bradley Gift Cards are not accepted at the Outlet Sale.
Q. What is the return policy for items purchased at the Vera Bradley Outlet Sale?
A. All sales are final. The maximum purchase is $3,500 per person for the duration of the Sale.
Q. I heard something about a Shopping Shuttle to a Vera Bradley Store. What does this entail?
A. We are offering a free Shopping Shuttle to Vera Bradley at Jefferson Pointe mall, one of our store locations with the newest colors and styles, every hour on the hour, Shopping Shuttles will pick up and return guests. You can board the bus in front of the Coliseum near the ticket office.

Q. Could I get a tour of the Vera Bradley facilities?
A. We do not offer public tours of our facilities, however we do offer daily shuttle options to our Jefferson Pointe Vera Bradley Store.
