Now that my girls aren't babies, I wanted something that would keep my hands free when going to the zoo, museum, etc. and still allow me to pull a wagon or hold my daughter's hand. This backpack is the perfect size for me. It acts as a small diaper bag, purse and I can even fit my iPad if I wanted to.

I love it because I only put the iPad device, magazine, and newspaper, even my cellular with the charger when i lift it around back of my shoulder. It is not heavy to carry. i recommend it to anybody who love the collection.

I'm not a backpack person, but I ordered this with a specific use in mind. Although I ended up not being able to use it for the intended reason, I still use it to bring in certain items to work on a daily basis. I can only fit in a 13" laptop, a 33oz water bottle and a small (6x6") cooler comfortably. The two side pockets are useless. I can't even fit my keys into these pockets and when the backpack is packed to capacity, there's no way anything is getting into them. I agree with other reviewers who said the bag is too big to be a purse and too small to be a backpack. Very odd size.
I do like the front pockets with flap - fits my Samsung Galaxy Note phone, work ID and mini iPad (when not fully packed on the inside).
The straps are flimsy and strain under max capacity of the bag. I enjoy the top handle for easy grab-and-go use.
