Rated 5 out of 5 by Kylin FAVORITE BACKPACK EVER!
I love this backpack so much!! I previously had the old laptop backpack and could not fit my books in it. As a freshman I needed a bigger backpack to hold my textbooks and etc. and the laptop backpack just wouldn't cut it. I can put so much stuff in the campus backpack it's unbelievable! I can fit a 3 inch binder, a 2 inch binder, a folder, a notebook, a water bottle, my large textbook, my medium cosmetic case (pencil case) and my agenda along vocabulary book. In the smaller pocket I can fit my lotion, eos chapstick, my wallet and a few other small things. it also has 2 stretchy water bottle holders on the sides of it but I just put random things that I need quick access to. I love this backpack so much and would recommend it to anybody!!

I just purchased this backpack for the upcoming year. I was really surprised at how big the main pocket was. It was humongous! I carry a lot of things to school everyday: 5 binders, a couple of notebooks, etc. and I'm sure they will all fit inside! I also purchased the Vera Bradley Lets Do Lunch and it easily slides in the front pocket going all the way round. That's very convenient because then I can keep only my school supplies in the front pocket! The design is so pretty! (Indigo Pop) I love this backpack!!

I got this backpack 8 moths ago and feel I've had it long enough to review it. I have ADD and Aspergers so for me it takes a lot of stuff to keep organized.
In the main pocket
-4 1 1/2in binders
-4 100 page spiral bound notebooks with a folder pocket
-2 9x6 textbooks at 1 1/2in thick
-A Vera Bradley Large cosmetic bag
In the middle pocket
-Vera Bradley pencil case
In the front pocket
-Kindle (in a case)
-deck of cards
The only thing it doesn't hold is my 11x14 art sketchbooks. With all my stuff my backpack weighs about 20lbs, and the only wear I've seen on it is the handle is starting to fray on the edges. Another note on weight, if you zip it up and leave the zippers in the middle it will unzip, but this is easily fixed by zipping to one side. It has some inside pockets that I only really use for quick information sheets that I fold up and can easily find without having to go through everything. Since the bag doesn't have many organizers and has huge compartments, it can easily become a black hole if not organized.
It's also good for travel, because you can use it on airplanes as the bag that goes under the seat, I just shove my other bags in it, and they don't say anything because you're only carrying one bag.
I'd definitely suggest this backpack to middleschool/highschool/college students who needs to carry a lot and want a sturdy, pretty backpack.
