The Signature Collection is made of 100% cotton. We recommend machine washing (cool/gentle cycle) with mild detergent, then air-drying. Do not bleach. (Please note: Some items have a solid base that must be removed before washing. If the base is sewn in, it can be safely washed.) Great bag, Awesome Print, Perfect size! When I was first looking to order this bag I was very skeptical as I was afraid it would be to small. I order the bag in Mocha Rouge. Amazing for travel At first I was scared to buy this bag because I wanted a bag not to big or small but the is perfect! Went to Orlando Florida but Wow and I just stayed for a week and it fit 5 shoes (mostly flip flops and a pair of sneakers) but yes it's probley one of the bast travel along bags. April 18, 2013
I LOVE it! I just recieved my small duffel in Plum Petals today! I already completely love it! I play volleyball and travel on weekends. I think it will be perfect for my short trips. Bridesmaids Gifts Let me start by saying originally I was NOT a Vera Bradley fan. HOWEVER, I have been more and more exposed and decided to get on the Vera website to check it out... Wow... I had NO idea the diversity of prints. My eyes were opened! I'm getting married in June and decided that I wanted to get something for each of my bridesmaids that they could use over and over again. I also wanted the girls to feel more special than boring, flimsy, monogrammed bags as gifts to tote their "day of the wedding needs". ANYWAY, I had a blast picking out specific prints to match each girls personality; each print looks even better in person than they did online! And the durability was FAR better than the canvas totes that I had been thinking about as an alternative. The small duffel is the PERFECT size to hold everything they will need for the day of the wedding, and to use in the future for an overnighter/carry on. VERY satisfied with my first Vera purchase. :) This bag absolutely exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is that they aren't any pockets inside, and I worry that everything will get "jumbled" around... However, I knew this going into the purchase, so it still gets 5 stars! I cannot wait to give these bags to my bridesmaids! :) March 8, 2013
Great gym bag! I take this bag to the gym and fits my things perfectly. I'm 13, so the fact that this bag was very cute was important to me! Great bag for overnight stays, but... I love all of my Vera bags! I just made my first purchase about 3 months ago and I already have three bags, the large duffel, a weekender, and a mail bag. I also have a strap wallet and an ID clip.. I love everything! But I was looking for something a little smaller than my large duffel, because for me it was a little to large to carry on a daily basis, so I bought the small duffel in Midnight Blues. First, I love love love the pattern! I have all my other items in Va Va Bloom, which I love, but this pattern is a little more laid back, but still vibrant! I love it! The bag is just like my large duffel, just smaller. I love it overall, but it is a little smaller than I had hoped it would be. I work two jobs while going to school full time and I bought the bag to carry around changes of clothes, make-up, a change of shoes, which all fit in the bag nicely, I was just disappointed when I couldn’t fit my notebook in too. I'm going to keep it and make it work, because I do love it, I just wish they would make a medium duffel. That’s what I really need! But, I do love ALL my Vera! March 3, 2013
What a cutie! I just got this item in "Floral Nightingale" and it's adorable! When they say "small," it definitely is on the smaller side. I basically purchased this for overnight stays at my boyfriend's house or if I ever get to travel on a plane as a carry-on, and that looks to be why it was made. I JUST opened it in the mail so I'm not quite sure what it can fit just yet but I'm excited to find out! If you're planning on going away and using it as actual luggage, however, I'd recommend getting the large duffel because this is probably not suitable for that. All in all, it's sturdy, cute, and a perfect length body-wise [I'm 5'5] and empty it goes about to my hip -- perfect! A must buy for anyone looking for a weekend getaway or stayover at your friend's house =) January 31, 2013

What not to use it for? This bag is a necessity, seriously! This bag can be used as a beach bag, overnight bag, or whatever you need it for. It is really pretty big and although there are no pockets inside, there's a good size one on the side. I have it in Priscilla pink and its gorgeous! January 27, 2013
