LOVE this bag
I am so glad I ordered this bag! It is the perfect size for me, and I love how it holds a ton of stuff and still looks sleek. I just love the styling - the snappy piping between the swoops of coordinating patterns. This bag gets lots of oohs and ahhhs from Vera fans and others when I am out and about.
The size and the way it's organized make it a perfect everyday purse for me. The two outside pockets hold my phones (work and personal) perfectly, and the interior accommodates my motley crew of Vera favorites - my Kiss and Makeup bag, clutch wallet, and an assortment of smaller bags that hold my flash drives, loose change, ipod and more. Plus, it zips closed, a great feature when you want to use a tote style bag as a purse. Because I never know where I'll be with my job, or how far from the office I might be, it's important that my bag hold a lot of stuff, and this is it. I want to get a few more. Am afraid they will discontinue this beauty!

Perfect size & shape, refreshingly different look
I got this tote in lemon parfait. I love it! It's beautiful - the picture on the site doesn't do it justice. It's the perfect size and shape for me. I use a wristlet as my every day purse, but there are times I need to carry a few extra items with me and I wanted something I could throw everything in and go. The straps are long enough for it to rest comfortably under my arm, and I like the wider shape of the bag as well. The zipper top keeps everything secure. I've found it's perfect for toting library books for my daughter! My favorite thing though is the funky design with the contrasting patterns. It's eye-catching and unique. Nice job VB!

This is a great tote except for the handles!
Don't get me wrong, I love the tote. I love the Boysenberry pattern, and it has plenty of room, it's just the straps are exasperating! Because they are not material they don't fall naturally to the sides. Instead they fold onto themselves right in the opening of the bag, thus blocking you from getting items in or out. They are not easy to move either, they seem to have a mind of their own lol.....if it wasn't for the straps I would give this bag five stars.

Love it, but it's missing one thing.
As one of the Vera Bradley fans who may like the interior fabrics more than the exterior ones, I love that this bag features both Boysenberry fabrics prominently. If I could get another in English Meadow, I'd be very happy!
The one thing I love most about the signature collection is that the bags can be washed. In fact, the only reason why I don't own the rolling luggage is because I can't do that to keep it looking fresh. So, it was a little disappointing that this bag has patent leather straps.
Any bag I've had with this kind of strap, regardless of whether it was a cheap bag or an expensive one is that they rip eventually. Without fail, each bag. So for me, the strap keeps this from being my new everyday bag and more of a special occasion bag unless there's a way to get remnants of these two patterns to fashion replacement straps when the inevitable happens.
Other than that, I am thrilled with this bag's size, number of pockets and especially the zip top. If not for the strap concern, I'd probably do what another reviewer suggested and use it for my MacBook. Instead, that will travel with me in the traditional style tote with fabric straps...

Great as a handbag
I purchased this to use as a summer handbag in the Blue Lagoon pattern. Love the zipper closure on the top & the inside pocket to keep things secure. The combination of the two fabrics is so pretty & I have received several compliments on it. Front hidden pockets are large enough to hold my keys and cell phone and deep enough so that they don't fall out. I have sewn clothes for my children and am very impressed with the quality of construction. I don't know how you do it! Please make this bag in more colors and add more zippoered compartments on the back or the interior.

Love it! Perfect size for MacBook Pro!
I've been looking for a good tote small enough for my 13" laptop. This is perfect! And I love the Lemon Parfait design. It is truly beautiful.

Nice Big Tote
Lots of great pockets, including a zippered one inside - the bag also zippers closed on top. Big enough to stick a textbook and notebook in for classes, or a sweatshirt, flip flops, and sunscreen/water for a day out... really, really cute, too! The "hidden" outside pockets are the best! I got it in Folkloric, and am loving it!

Great 4 Travel
I just took this bag on my 8th grade trip to Washington DC. It held so much stuff. My favorite part about the is the hidden pockets on the outside of the bag.

Catch the WaVe
I just purchased this bag today in Lemon Parfait. The online picture doesn't do it justice! The size is perfect for what I need and the pattern is so much prettier in person. The 2 pockets that are hidden in the waves are perfect for keys or even a bottle of water. There is also a large zippered pocket & 2 smaller pockets inside. Overall a great design!
