Works pretty well for the HP 15.6" laptop
The pocket is a little shallow, but can close with the velcro sufficiently. This is a vinyl tote, not a fabric one like I was expecting. Not a dealbreaker for me. Like the sleek lines and the pattern is great.

Great for netbook
Finally ater trying three different laptop carriers I found something for my HP netbook. Take it on trips and this is a great carrier and fits everything I need to use. Did not think I would ever find something to work.

Love vertical
I have several VB computer carriers. Each one serves its purpose and I love them all, including this one. It fits my 15" MacBook Pro perfectly. External HD, cables, other small items fit in the zippered side; the outer pocket holds small personal items, phone, etc. If I'm not getting on an airplane, I use the center "compartment" (the 2 side zippers allow the bag to lay flat on the airport X-ray machine so you don't have to take your computer out of the bag) for papers, books and other sized items. I also like the vertical style of this bag. I tend to be somewhat clumsy and this bag keeps me out of trouble...

disappointed
just by an inch(and maybe not even that much) the flap doesn't close with my laptop , I am sorry that I have to return it, really like the pattern and the concept. They should have tested it with different computers
