Not a Bad Clasp - Just a Fine Art!
A previous reviewer stated that the bag has a "bad clasp" but I don't necessarily agree. I almost didn't buy this bag because I kept crying, "I can't get into it!" while standing in the store. Once I mastered the adorable little clasp though, I was glad that I had purchased it. It's a beautifully structured, elegant, and subdued little bag. It's far more subtle than many of VB's designs. As an Air Force officer's wife who has to attend more subdued events - where maybe my Hope Garden Vera would be obtrusive - this handbag is gorgeous and demure while still being the only designer I'll carry. It's not huge but all of the necessities fit - and they fit securely. Thanks to that difficult-at-first clasp, nothing EVER goes flying out when my bag dumps over.

bad clasp
I bought this handbag online and was very dissapointed when I got it. I couldn't open it. The clasp just isn't right. I struggled and just decided to return it. For the price I didn't want to fight opening it all the time. It's real cute and would have been a great handbag if it only opened easier.

Beautiful...
Dark gray and very elegant without being too dressy for work. Just what I needed to go from daytime to evening. Very roomy inside without being a very large bulky handbag. A real winner!!!
