Great pencil case for school
Great for school supplies! I bought this in English Rose to use as a pencil case/sticky note holder for school. The top compartment holds paperclips, binder clips, and mini stapler. The middle section holds pens & highlighters. The bottom section holds my sticky notes and tabs. This way my sticky note edges don't get bent out of shape and everything is in one place, so I use it. Before I had separate cases for everything and didn't use my sticky notes but now I do.

GREAT PENCIL CASE
I got the idea of using this for a pencil case from a friend and it worked amazing for her. She separated all her pens and highlighters into the different slots. It kept her organized and was easy to find what she needed. I got this in island blooms to match my new backpack that I just ordered and I can't wait to start school now. :)

Compact and Multipurpose
In my opinion, this product is appropriately named due to its size. It easily accommodates "essential" cosmetics or travel sized toiletries for everyday use or travel. It will not hold large, full sized toiletries or your entire make-up drawer.
I bought one for my daughter to use for sleepovers and travel and she absolutely loves it. After she received hers and I read some of the other reviews about how other ladies were using theirs, I decided that I needed one. I wasn't sure what I was going to use it for, but I really liked the convenient size, carrying handle, and lined interior. I now have two of these and came back to order two more before they are gone.
As suggested by a reviewer, I use one for my tech necessities. I keep chargers for my phone, iPad, and keyboard, cords, camera and video camera cables, etc. in the two bigger compartments. I keep earbuds, extra earbud covers, cleaning cloths, and other smaller items in the top flat compartment. It works great and holds everything I need with room to spare.
I use one for my crafty necessities when I travel. In the two bigger compartments I keep small paper snips, scalloped scissors, hole punch, circle punch, glue stick, glue dots, a tape runner, tweezers, markers, eraser, acrylic block, and a black ink pad. In the top flat compartment, I keep a file, 6-inch ruler, bone folder, embossing tool, craft knife, and a needle and thread. Everything I need for crafting on the go!
Now I want one to use for cosmetics of all things. LOL! I really like having separate compartments and the option to organize my make-up a little bit for travel. I'm also getting one to use in my van for keeping loose items like a nail file, hand sanitizer, hand lotion, toothpicks, tissues, pen and notepad, small flashlight, small Swiss Army knife, etc. together.
Bottom line: the Essentials Cosmetic is on the smaller side if you're planning to use it for a toiletry travel bag, but for daily essentials and necessities, I think it is just the right size. The compact size, carrying handle, and wipeable liner also makes it a great piece for a variety of uses. Get one, two, or three before they are gone!

Little Member Does a Good Job!
This is the smallest member of the Vera Bradley line I have purchased and when I saw just how small, I had my doubts about it. However, I have just returned from using it on a 3 day business trip. I LOVED it! For such a short trip, I used the travel size of everything so they fit just fine. I liked the convenience of having it hang on the towel bar right at the sink. The strings attached are long enough to tie in a bow and all you have to do is untie and go. The clear pockets allowed me to see everything at a glance. I put seldom used items like bandages, alcohol wipes and laundry wipes in the bottom zipper compartment so it did not bother me that the compartment is upside down when hanging. After using this piece I am planning to get the larger organizer for longer trips. My suggestion is that you keep your expectations realistic. It will not hold everything nor was it designed to do so. (Considering the size, in my opinion, it is slightly overpriced at the regular price but I got mine on sale.) For those of us who travel light or at least travel light on occasion, it is great! Thanks, Vera!

Using for a Jewelry Case
I read the reviews before purchasing and have been looking high and low for something that is not big and bulky to use when traveling to put my jewelry in. This is almost exactly what I wanted! It works really well with three good sized zippered compartments and a tie closure. I easily can put a ton of jewelry in here. I also could just save one compartment for makeup and I would not have to bring two different containers. I bought this in Ellie Blue along with the Get Carried Away tote and both work wonderfully when traveling. I'm really glad I bought this piece!

Wonderful Cosmetic Bag
At first I was skeptical about this bag because I didn't know if all of my makeup would fit in it. Needless to say, it did, and I love it! The bag expands so that it will allow more things to fit in it and my makeup is perfectly organized and held together nicely and compact.
Vera Bradley has the most wonderful prints and I believe every woman should own at least one of these bags. A lot of bags or not made strong enough to support the weight that you put into it, all of her bags are! Also, they are all washable!

I bought this in Tea Garden on sale from my local store. I had read the reviews and was skeptical but it turned out to be the prefect size for my normal everyday cosmetics.
In the top pouch i have my highlighter pen, concealer, eye shadow primer and 2 makeup sponges. In the second i have 2 mascaras and 3 eyeshadow quads. In the last pouch i keep all my eyeliners and other various tools like tweezers and nail clippers.
I love that it lays flat on my bed while I am using it and then folds to hang on my door knob. Perfect little case :)

New favorite makeup case
This is my new favorite makeup case. It holds everything I need. In the top compartment I can fit...
My travel tooth brush, travel tooth paste, travel mouthwash, mini hand sanitizer, floss and tweezers
In the second compartment I can fit
1 eyeshadow pallet (Maybelline with 4 different colors. It's very small and flat) 2 lip balms, 2 mascaras, mini deodorant, 2 (very short and skinny) eyeliners, eyelash curler
In the bottom compartment I put my mac makeup brush, small bottle of liquid Neutrogena acne solution foundation, small zip lock bag with Tylenol, 2 Chanel lip glosses, 2 pads, and 1 tampon
This product is great and holds a lot! But the thing is, you must keep every things flat. I've tried having bulky things in it and it does not fold up well at all. You also need to position everything properly for it close up well which is some what a hassle. But I don't mind at all.
I use this as my everyday makeup bug. However, if I were to travel I would need a lot more and probably would bring something else.

Great for everyday make-up
I am a performer, and therefor have a LOT of make-up, which I keep in a large case. I was really sick of having to search through all that to find what I use everyday. This solved my problem! I use the bottom pocket for foundation, powder and blush, the middle for mascara, eye liner, eye shadow, and eyelash curler, and the top for hair ties and pins. My large face brush I just fold up into the bad, which protects it from the outside world but doesn't squish the bristles. Keep in mind that none of my things are very large (two color set of eye shadow, flat powder compact). It folds up really well into a semi-flat case, which slides right into my cubby. It is pretty enough to be kept out, put I like mine put away. It could also be left open and hung out. Overall, I really like this product and plan on using it for a long time, both at home and when I travel.
