I love the zipper top!
I see by the other reviews this bag compares to the Villager, which I am not familiar with. There are many cute bags/totes that to me the only thing missing is the Zipper closure on top. I won't carry a bag that can also be used as a purse without one. Not a fan of it tipping over in the car and losing its contents on the floor, of the feeling of insecurity with an open top. So I LOVE LOVE the Three O Tote! Anytime there is a sale on a print the first thing I do is look to see if it comes in the Three O! It sounds like if the Villager had a zipper it would have made a lot of customers happy happy happy!

Awesome Tote!
When I got this as a present I never thought I would use it. It's so roomy and I can hold so much in it! The stitching's wonderful, whenever I travel I have to have this. It holds 5 outfits, a curling iron and my Vera Bradley Euro Wallet! I told my friend it's wonderful! I've had it for 2 years and I haven't seen any damage. I plan on getting one in Lilli Bell along with my other one in Paisley Meets Plaid. I ALWAYS have this tote with me when I travel. I bring it to school to carry my books and it carries: 3 ''3 inch textbooks, pencil box, 2 ''1.5 inch binders, VB Euro Wallet, and maybe a water bottle. I'm very impressed with this tote and I highly recommend it.

Hybrid of Vera and Villager except....
I love those big back and front pockets (like the Vera), I love that it zips up (like the Villager) and not toggles (like the Vera). But I really don't like those narrow inner pockets, especially since they're opposite to the large outer pockets. Why not offset the inner pockets to the outer ones with 2 larger pockets each side, sticking to the ends of the bag rather than centered to the middle of each inner side? (That made sense in my head, I hope it translates to the page.) Or better yet, just put a zipper on the Vera and you can lose the Three-O Tote and bring back the Villager.
Or put a zipper on the Vera and make it in small and large the way you did the Betsy. Whatever, this will never be a great bag for me until those inner pockets are redesigned. Sorry...

3 0 tote
Bring back the Villager, the 3 0 tote is just too big and the pockets are not large enough inside, and there are no side (on the end) pockets!! Keep the puse with a zipper though!!!

Poor pockets
I usually get a new bag every year and have always been happy with my purchase until now. Wish they would stop changing the styles. You find one or two that are perfect then they're gone. The size of the bag is ok but the pockets on the inside are not so great. They are too low in the purse. They are also a little deep and tight. If they weren't so tight the depth would be ok. Would prefer the nice 6 pockets on the inside. I' m not happy with the choices this year.

Just Okay
I bought the bag because it was just a little smaller than the Vera and had a decent amount of pockets. When I brought it home I tested it out by filling it up with my daily items that I carry. That's when I discovered that the pockets on the outside and inside back up to each other too much. When you fill one, it takes away from the other and makes it not very useful. I do carry a water bottle everyday, as well as a diaper or two and wipes for my two year old, and it just seemed like the bag wasn't quite big enough for everything else. I'd say go with the Vera even if it is on the bigger side. The Three 0 Tote just didn't do it for me.

Really Surprised with this one
I have bought ALOT of Vera Bradley bags. Everyone at work jokes me about how many bags I have. The Betsy (discontinued), Squared Away (also discontinued) On the Go, Glenna and Laura styles I have in more than one color. I thought each one was my favorite until I got a new style. This Three O is the latest one and I love It. I really think this one excites me the most, yeah it doesn't have all the inside pockets like the Laura and Glenna but it has 2 great outside pockets for quick grab items and is tall enough for all my junk and actually zip it (Glenna is not tall enough for the zipper to work and the Laura has a magnet.
So many people have different needs in a bag. I've never really had one that was terrible. Some, I didn't like as much a year or so of using it (that's why I have so many# but I think the ones discontinued that I have used, I find I don't go back to #and don't want to get rid of them) and enjoy the features of the new ones.

Perfect Size
Usually carry the Mandy for everyday use, but was going on vacation and wanted something a little larger. The Three-0 Tote was perfect - not too large, but it is still roomy enough for extras. Liked it so much I bought another one.

Best work tote
I almost didn't try this tote due to the negative reviews. I'm glad I changed my mind! This is the perfect work tote and feels like a cross between the Villager and the regular toggle tote. I like that it is roomier than the Villager but not as large as the Vera. The interior and exterior pockets fit my needs perfectly, and the zip top keeps everything secure. This bag has really good structure, and I don't have problems with it falling over on its side. I can fit my usual purse items, tablet with keyboard, spiral notebook and folder, and snacks and a drink, with a little room to spare. I have now bought this tote in several colors. I recommend giving it a try!

Finally, something similar to the Villager!
I was so disappointed when the Villager style was discontinued. The Three-O Tote is VERY similar. I love the inner and outer pockets. Great for keeping things organized and accessible.
