perfect pencil pouch
i bought this for the new semester of school, and i love it it fits everything i need perfectly pens, pencils, eraser, paper clips, and much more! It is durable and sturdy, I only wish that it wasn't see through on the other side and that it came in some of the newer patterns, overall i would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great for school
This pencil pouch is great for middle school because I can put it in the binder I use for all classes. I like fancy pens and pencils so I have a large collection of them. It all fits in this pencil pouch! Also, the Hello Dahlia! print is really cute and looks great on this bag!

Perfect for school/work technology items
I received this in Night and Day as a gift and was stumped on how to use it because I never used pencil pouches as a student and rarely have used one during my teaching career. After searching numerous stores for something to hold my multiple USB flash drives (and finding nothing), I finally pulled this out to use. It was perfect! I have 10+ flash drives and they all fit, as well as a multi-port connector, pens, binder clips, with room to spare. Many people have commented on what a great idea for its use. It has been a lifesaver to have all these drives in one safe spot instead of loose on a desk or in a drawer. I bought a second one in Barcelona to coordinate and actually use as a pencil pouch :)

Great for Elementary School
I got this in the default color that was shown. It's good for kids who don't have to hold a lot, and who don't need that extra stuff. If you're going to get a pencil bag, I'd definitely get the Medium Cosmetic and convert it into a pencil bag. It's much more roomy and can hold that extra stuff- chapstick, hand sanitizer, lip gloss, etc. This pencil pouch is see through and isn't that good for older kids who might have stuff that they want to be kept private (love letters, anyone?). If you're in 5th grade and up, I'd get the Medium Cosmetic- WAY BETTER! Washable, you can clean it up in a second, and it's NOT SEE THROUGH! If you're not, just a warning-this is a small case and doesn't expand that much :/

GREAT FOR SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i just got this for school today in the HELLO DAHLIA and i love it! when was looking at it online i was mad because i couldn't see the back but it also has a plasticy feel. but i am sooo glad i got because i will use it for my 8th grade year. and on top of that it is pretty big so it will hold alot of stuff plus who doesn't want a vera bradley pencil case.

Multi use!
I did not order this as a pencil pouch. Although it would be great for that I ordered it to use as an "ouch pouch" for my diaper bag. It fits everything I need for my baby and me for emergencies. Like Tylenol, sunblock, diaper cream, feminine products. Etc. it fits a lot and if anything leaks it's all plastic so it won't ruin anything in my bag. You could even use it as a travel size toiletry bag for short trips. The possibilities are endless. Another a+ product from Vera!

Not Too Impressed
I bought this in Mocha Rouge in the Fall of 2011 for my 6th grade year. All of my stuff was matching, so I was excited. It was great and roomy, though my pencils stained the inside of it! :( It looked weird and bulky, I would recommend it to a friend, but you may need to wash it out every week or so.

Versatile
This can be used for more than pencils, et al. Make up works nicely because you can quickly find something through the clear front panel. It is flat without much side expansion capability.
