Exceeded Expectations
The pictures of the tote in Plum Crazy do not do it justice. It looks way better in person. I definitely recommend paying the extra money and getting it monogrammed. The monogram just makes it look even better. The lack of zipper to close it does not bother me because it does have a medium sized zippered pocket on the inside. It also has a place to clip your keys so you don't lose them. The pockets on the sides are wide enough to fit two Ozarka 16.9 fl. oz water bottles or a color Nook with cover or an iPad without a cover (my cover is a bulky Targus cover). The inside is very spacious but of course not quite as big as the Get Carried Away Totes. I think this bag can be used as a beach bag, market bag or a bag you fold and throw in your suitcase so you can use it to shop with when you travel. If you don't already have such a tote, I recommend this one.

My new beach bag!!
I love this tote. I consider it a "beach bag", i.e it is not designed for school or work or anything that requires a lot of pockets or organization. Having said that, I greatly appreciate the zipped in pocket as a way to protect my kindle and phone from sand. The key attachment is also a great feature, especially as the bag doesn't have a zip. By the way....that is probably what I was most concerned about when I made this purchase, but I truly do not miss the zip. Outside pockets on either side are great for flip flops or water bottles. I got the matching towel too, love the set in Marina Blue. The monogram is orange and stands out so nicely against the blue of the bag. I was really impressed with how speedy the service was. I ordered the bag last Thursday evening and received it this Wednesday. I did not pay extra for speedy postage.

I received my bag in tutti fruitie and I love the color and the size of the bag! I can't wait to use it for the beach and camping!

2 kids and counting
I bought this tote as I am preparing for our 3rd child. I carry a lot of STUFF when I head out with the kids and knew I would need a great tote with side pockets. This bag is very durable as well as pretty. I love that my name is on it too. I am VERY pleased with this purchase and happy to carry it everywhere.

Love the solid coordinates!
FAINALLY, items that aren't so "matchie matchie"!!! The newer items coordinate rather than match other items exactly! They also coordinate with more than one VB fabric allowing more versatility or a little extra splash of color. Please consider doing wallets and more travel accessories like these. Roomy, easy to carry, can be personalized! Love it!

LOVE!!!
I ordered this bag in Go Wild with the black monogram. I am a speech therapist and needed a bag to carry my materials to and from work. I was looking for something cute but professional, roomy, and functional. This bag meets all my needs! I LOVE that the print is only on the sides, so that this bag isn't too busy for work. The Go Wild print is just perfect because of the classy white/black panels and accents. It was also much larger than I expected...I am able to carry several large books, file folders, my lunchbox, my wallet, my keys, and my phone in it with room to spare! The side pockets are perfect for phones, lip gloss, and other small items that you need to access quickly. There is a key clip on the inside that securely holds your keys, as well as a zippered pocket for money and other items that you don't want floating around loose in the bag. My only complaint is that I wish this bag had a zipper because it can get a little slouchy. A zipper would help keep the bag's shape. All in all, I love it and will probably be purchasing another in Tutti Frutti or Marina Paisley for the beach this summer!

Very Impressive!
Just got this bag and I love the rich colors of Midnight Blues. The personalization color is perfect, not too out there bright but it stands out nicely with the black part of the bag it is sewn onto. The size is perfect for many things and I know I will be using it for years to come, as with all Vera Bradley bags I own. I, too, would highly recommend a zipper for this bag, though. With all the things you can put in it, that would be a very nice security and convenience feature for sure.

Great Looking Tote!
I have the Midnight Blues Tote with my initials monogrammed, and I love it! Right now, I'm using it as my work tote for everyday, but when it comes time for the beach trip, it will be my beach tote. The monogram turned out really well and the colors are fantastic! Just might have to order another!

Perfect for travel!
I live abroad and travel often with my young daughters. This bag is perfect as a carry-on since it holds everything we need for in flight comfort. I bought it in Lillie Belle with a white monogram. It's a classic and fun look. The bag is huge, which I like, and the three pockets are useful for corralling small items.

Beautiful and Practical!
I just ordered this tote and I LOVE it! I got it in the Plum Crazy, and had it monogrammed with my initials. It came out more beautiful than the picture! The size is perfect; not too big, but holds a lot of items so it's great for everyday or a trip to the beach. This would be a great gift.
