Sketches easily
Within one day of purchasing, the top scratched! Other than that, its a great product. I use my laptop in bed a lot, and this keeps it from overheating, and it is a comfy buffer for your legs. I bought it is Va Va Bloom and its very bright and happy! Just be careful not to scratch the finish :(

Productivity in the car!
I LOVE this lap desk! It's very brightly colored and is coated with a shiny gloss. It's just the right size for me and the pillow has just enough incline to make up for the height deficiency of my legs when I sit down (I'm 5'4"). In other words, the surface is pretty close to 0 degrees. It's great for studying in the car, when I'm not the driver (I commute nearly two hours everyday 5 days a week). It's also great for studying on the bed, or on the porch!
My only complaints: It had a funny smell coming out of the package at first, but it has faded. Also, I noticed there was a small scratch defect on the surface, but I don't think it's worth returning and shipping back; so I would recommend checking your product out in stores to prevent buying defects!

Perfect Lap Desk!
Had been looking for a user-friendly lap desk of my own, so I'd stop stealing my son's that he uses for homework. WOW... one from Vera Bradley. At first it was hard to order - no one knew if they were getting any, etc. ... but I didn't give up. Once I saw they were back in stock I ordered the Indigo Pop and it's great. Perfect to make out bills or write letters from my recliner or bed.

FINALLY!
Vera Bradley its about time! I bought this for myself and I use it most of the time. Sometimes I forget to grab it and im just to lazy to get up and get it. But really this is pretty and colorful better than what you would in regular stores. I love my new vera bradley item !

good for skinny people, not fluffy ones
i am very fat, and this did not fit around my body...it doesn't fit comfortablly over my belly, and just feels awkward. i do however use it as a place mat when i eat. it's wonderful for that, but i think vera should have included sizes like small and extra large...i'm just so sad, guess it's time to diet :)

Fantastic!
I use this when I'm sitting in bed, or on my couch, on the porch, anywhere! It's great to set my laptop on (17"), and papers! Very useful, and of course stunning in the new Indigo Pop! Love, love, love it!

LOVE it
I LOVE the lap desk it makes me want to have homework it's wonderful I got it in indigo pop it's wonderful it have made me soooooo happy!!!!!! If you are thinking about buy it buy it its the best thing ever I would recommend it to any one looking for a sturdy fashionable lap desk.

PERFECT
I bought this yesterday at one of the Vera Bradley retailers and OH MY GOSH it is the perfect product! The Pillow Base is removable. And it goes around your body perfectly for nice comfort! I LOVE IT IN PAISLEY MEETS PLAID!!!!!!!!!!
