Nice purse!
I bought the Cassidy in Lime's Up as a birthday gift to my grandmother. She loves Vera Bradley and is not one to carry a tote or oversized bag. This purse is such an ideal size. It tucks under your shoulder comfortably and the nice wide strap stays in place. The front pockets are handy for tissues, gum, etc. The interior is roomy enough for a wallet, checkbook, cell phone, and other small personal items you may need to carry. The two slip pockets and one large zippered pocket conveniently organize your belongings. I was sold with the zippered top. The Cassidy is ideal as an everyday purse sized to carry your essentials. My grandmother carries only what she needs and she just loved this purse when she received it. I plan to buy another Cassidy for my mom for Mother's Day, as she likes a simple purse with pockets and a zippered top.

Awesome small/mid size bag!
I am really impressed with this style. I used to adore my Java Blue Libby...was so disappointed they discontinued the style...now we have Cassidy. I got her when she came out in the Ribbons pattern and I managed to track one down in Midnight Blues. I have several other styles and I've yet to be able to swap out of my Ribbons bag although I adore the Midnight Blues. It's got room without being overly big but fits nicely under the arm...even with bulky coats. If you liked Libby, Maggie or even On The Go (though smaller than On The Go)....give this one a try!

Perfect size but a little squashed...
I just got the Cassidy in Canyon and I love the size! It is exactly what I was looking for and the strap length is perfect! I also love that it doesn't have the hard insert on the bottom. That would have deterred me from purchasing it. Now, that being said after placing my items in it and carrying it for a few days its still... squashed. I cant seem to get it to "unfold". I'm hoping that after i carry it for a while the problem will solve itself because it would be a shame if it didn't. I also wish that the strap was the soft vera fabric instead of hard. I think it would be more comfortable. All in all a great bag.

My favorite Vera yet!
Perfect size and very roomy, I have to debate with the review that stated, the bag is too small for the turn lock wallet. I have that wallet and have never had any issues of not having enough room. I was concerned at first, but now I have realized it is perfect and keeps me from carrying all the unnecessary items i tend to pile in my bag. The bag is so easy to carry and the strap fits wonderful on my shoulder, I find myself leaving it on my shoulder all the time during shopping and never having it bother me at all.

Great Stylish Purse
I was waiting for this purse to come out ever since I seen it. I purchased it as soon as it came out from a local Vera Bradley store in Ribbons. It is a very nice size and it looks casual yet dressy so it is pretty much a purse you can take anywhere. I love the pockets on the outside, they are placed in a way that is very convenient yet it looks good. The only negative about this purse is that I love the turn and lock wallet and it fits nicely in the purse but it doesn't leave much room for other things. I love Vera's big wallets but I might have to go for a smaller one for this purse to leave room. All in all though it is a great purse that is very adaptable.

nice style and size
I was really excited when I saw this new style online and when I saw it in person at the Vera bradley store, I had to have it. It was a toss up between portobello road and provencal, but I thought it stood out better in provencal so I went with that. It fits great under the shoulder and is really comfortable and is neither too big or too small. I'm someone who tends to carry more items but I don't feel like I need to eliminate any items aside from a water bottle when carrying this bag. It is great to take on errands or shopping. You could pretty much take it anywhere. The only drawback that I see is the base is not the firm kind like the old designs and I think it could benefit from having the old base in it. Also the interior isn't quilted and I could see how some items could fall out from pockets on the inside. The fabric also gets a little bunchy on the inside with Vera's new designs. However, the pro's outweigh the cons and I would still recommend the bag to anyone.

Absolutely perfect!
I am not only a HUGE Vera Bradley fan, but I am now a huge fan of this new style Cassidy handbag. It caught my eye at first in the new Provencal print but I wound up getting it in the Portobello road print which I love as well. I love the bag for many reasons. To start, this bag is the perfect size for me. It fits my clip zip id, my euro wallet, and my chain lanyard with my keys attached, with room to spare. The way the bag is narrow and shallow, yet wide, it allows you to fit the necessities without over crowding it with junk. I have a tendency to do that!! All of my staple items are easily accessible when I need to grab them quickly, I don't have to dig or move other stuff around to get to it and it has a zipper which I honestly don't use but could come in handy. It also has the great slip pockets on the inside which is where I keep my chap stick or lip gloss, a pack of gum and anything that is small that I might be carrying that day. There's also a pretty roomy zip pocket inside to put personal items like a tampon or maxi, or business/ appt. cards, etc. My favorite part is the 2 slip pockets on the outside in the front. This is where I usually keep my blackberry and it fits so perfectly and it couldn't be more accessible! Depending on the day, this bag is just right...Im a mom of a 1 yr old girl so when Im a busy mom on the go I have other Vera bags that suit me better but when Im working or out doing things without the baby this bag just works !!

Awesome purse!
I received Cassidy in Paisley Plaid for my birthday as a gift and I absolutely love it! It's a perfect size and fits nicely under the arm. It has plenty of room including space for belongs and turn lock zip wallet from Vera! Even with the wallet, there is more space. I like that it's not too small or too big. Plus the pockets on the outside work great for my iPhone. Great bag!

Great handbag
Finally, the perfect size with outside slip pockets. I've been waiting for a style like this. It fits right under your arm, does not get in the way when shopping. Big enough to put the turn lock wallet in, with room to spare. The inside slip pockets are great for glasses, lip gloss, etc. It also has an inside zipper pocket for those things you want to keep with you, but don't use often. The outside slip pockets are great for a cell phone and keys. Very handy, when you want to get them quickly.
