Looks better in person
I looked at this style in the prints but it didn't do much for me. Then, I saw the black. It is lovely. This is the most versitile bag I've ever used. The material is thicker than in the prints but it makes it feel stronger too. I even bought the matching wallet & couldn't be happier. The strap is stiffer than the cotton prints as well but I got use to it within a couple of days. Love the discreet outside pockets. The crossbody is great just watch you don't overload the bag or it may become uncomfortable to wear. I have the original Saddle Up, Clare, Hipster, Mailbag & another cross body style. This bag is another great crossbody style but do keep in mind it is a bit heavier material.

Great size
Love to be hands free for everyday activities so I tend to use crossbodies. This is perfect size--felt like Goldilocks until I got this--some were too small, some were too big, but this is just right! The strap works great for c/b or shoulder tote, or just to carry by handles. I'm sure I'll be using it every way. Lightweight, which I prefer over leathers which can get heavy. I don't have to limit myself to what "fits" in my bag. Could be used for tech devices as well. Found the magnet closure does the job even though I do usually prefer a zip top. Maybe VB can start making some colorblock bags, using two or three colors, which would give us more than basic black but not quite so busy as the prints.

Updatd shape cross body
Love my light weight cross body. I have been looking for a modern shaped cross body with some size and rich looking exterior that would carry my ipad. This is it! Love the flexibility of the handles and height of the bag. Love the depth. This holds everything I carried in my Vera Bradley tote with style.
