Awesome!
I love this case, I got the ribbons design this past Christmas along with my iPhone 5 and it is still in great shape and since it was the ribbons design, it donated to breast cancer. Overall, this case is cute and I've even dropped my phone before and it protected it. I would recommend buying this to anyone! :)

Pretty Cheap
I am very disappointed with this case, I received it for christmas and its already is breaking. The glossy finish on the case is chipping off and the flimsy piece around the camera is broken from taking the case off once. I am a loyal Vera Bradley customer, so I was super excited for this iPhone 5 case but I am truly disappointed with the cheap quality they used for the price you pay. It does however do a pretty good job of protecting the phone, I have dropped it once and it did a great job of protecting it. I love the patterns too, especially in Ribbons!

Not for everyone.....
Love the colors and that I can match my phone to my other Vera Bradley items. But, the phone is very slippery. I had never had a problem with dropping my phone until I bought this case. Also, the very thin piece on the top of the case between the on/off button and the camera lens breaks very easily. I have two of the cases and that frail piece on both broke after using them only a couple of times. The cases are still usable, though.

Lightweight, and not for the clumsy phone dropper!
I got the Snap on Case in Dogwood and loved it from the start. I bought mine on the Verizon Wireless website before it was available in the Vera stores. It is really light and fits perfectly in my Carry It All Wristlet or Wristlet. It fits in the back pocket of my jeans, and it doesn't slip out of my hands or on any surfaces. I don't drop my phone too often and I know this minimal protection case is all I need, but if you drop your phone a lot I would say this case isn't for you. I have had this case on my phone for about 3 months straight with no paint peeling or chips. I love this case so much I have one in Midnight Blues on the way!

Poor design
I purchased this new case for my iPhone 5 in the great new Go Wild pattern only to find out that the panoramic camera at the top is covered by the case. I would love to have the case redesigned in this pattern!

Too slippery
I really would love to match all my accessories but this case is much too slippery. Hard to hold and won't stay put on any surface. I much preferred the two piece case for the 4 and 4s. Will wait until they come up with something better.

I got this for X mas from my brother in ribbons and I LOVE it the protection is ok but I am the person who dropes there phone like 4 times a day and my phone is fine but my annoying friend took my phone and took the case of and broke it I am really mad at her I am going to return it and get a new one and I won't be letting her touch this one I am gonna get her one her her b day so she can break her own.

Not the IPHONE case for me
I got it as a Christmas Gift, took it back. To flimsy, I don't want the snap on case no protection. I'm waiting for them to make the Hard Shell Case for the IPHONE 5. Much more protection.

Super Slippery-
I was excited when I got this cell phone cover as a Christmas gift. I immediately placed it on my phone and was very disappointed. This case is very glossy which makes it super slippery. I'm afraid this case is not going to provide any protection for my phone. The phone not only slips out of your hand, but it slips off of any smooth surface: dash on car, car pocket, lap, . . . looks pretty, but not practical :'(

This case is beautiful! I have it in Ribbons and love it to pieces.
Now, onto the real business:
a) Yes, this case is more for cosmetic purposes than for protection. I acknowledged that when I choose it over the heavy-duty Otterbox case that the Verizon sales rep was strongly advising me to pick. That being said: when you get this case, know that it might protect your phone for some things, but if you really want some solid protection that goes above and beyond, go for the Otterbox.
b) HOWEVER, this case seems to be much nicer (not as flimsy) as the iPhone 4 cases. It is decently sturdy (I've accidentally dropped my phone onto the counter a time or two and it's been just fine), but it is also very glossy and a little bit flexible, which I like (it's not impossible to take off and on).
c) A few things I want to point out:
- the case makes the iPhone (for me, at least) very easy to grip in my hand, which is nice and means I'm (probably) less likely to drop it.
- the case does not cover the buttons, which I found very annoying about the Otterbox (the case wouldn't smoosh down on the buttons)
- it's a very slim design, and I can still fit the iPhone in my pocket very easily, which is nice. When I tried out the Otterbox, it kind of skidded and was a bit bulky.
- it's BEAUTIFUL. Need I say more?
All in all: Yes, I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Thanks for another lovely product, Vera!
