Awesome Bag
I absolutely love - love - love - this bag. I have purchased so many pieces of luggage over the years only to be left angry afterward. This luggage wheels easily and fits down any aisle pushing in front of you or pulling behind. It lifts easily into the overhead. The best way I found was to lay it on its side. If the flight attendants want to push it around they do, but most just leave it as is. I’ve traveled with this bag for many long weekends and many 8-day trips to Las Vegas and beyond. Never have I regretted purchasing this bag. Even my husband thinks it was a great purchase and believe me that’s saying something!

Better than expected.
I purchased this bag to use as my carry on for a recent trip to London. I saw the other review mention it was too big to be used as a carry on, but I had no problems. In fact, it was the perfect size for a three-day trip to Paris. I love the roominess of the bag and I like that when they had to review my luggage at security, they could access everything easily from the top and not have to dig around. Very roomy, the wheels prevent stress on back/shoulders--highly recommend!

Not carry-on compatible
I loved the large outside pocket and the ability to hook it onto another bag's handle for easy transporting. The mesh interior pockets were an added feature. In the end, however, I will probably return the bag as at it exceeds the max depth for any airline carry-on, my intended use. No, it is not advertised as a carry-on, something I overlooked. The smallest dimension listed is 10.5". If you don't fill the outside pocket, it is 10", within Southwest's guidelines (but no other airline that we fly). But then, you don't get to use that outside pocket. Unfortunately, the only advertised carry-on does not come in either the wine or black solid color (which go with any of the Vera Bradley patterns.) Oh, well.
