Cute gel pens but run out of ink quickly! I "love" Vera Bradley products.....actually I spend way too much money. I think I am addicted! :) Anyhow, the gel pens are way too cute BUT two of them ran out of ink very quickly. I haven't used the other two yet. Also, the pink pen leaked! Love Hate Relationship The first pack of pens I got about a year ago were awesome. A few months ago I got the fall and holiday ones. They are a much bolder point, and as a lefty, I need a fine point pen to not smudge. The black was a wonderful fine point, with the others being a bolder point and glittery. While impractical to take notes with or use for work, they are super fun to design the envelope to my niece's birthday card, or to doodle on my calendar to make things stand out. I like the pens, but I do wish there was a "fine/medium/bold" tip choice. Also, my favorite fine point black pen from the set a year ago just leaked all over through the top (not the tip) in my new plum crazy convertible crossbody. Super disappointed, but Vera promptly sent me a new set of pens. Crisis averted! :) February 8, 2013
Cute and Practical I love the Vera Bradley Gel Pens, and use them almost every day for school. I thought they would run out of ink quickly, but they are still working great and I got them in August. Unike the other reviews, my pens did not leak and they all had ink. I would certainly recomend these to a friend. November 13, 2012
Love these! I've been using VB gel pens for a long time and a buy a new pack each season because the colors are so fun! I've never had any issues with my gel pens, and they also make such a great little gift. Actually, I'll be buying a few packs for the guests to use at my Sister-in-law's bridal shower. Nice Pens I really like these pens. Very pretty patterns. The pens with the black and blue ink write the best. The other colors not so well, but they are really cute pens. Would love to see a package of all black ink pens. But overall would recommend. July 12, 2012

Not for practical use I got these pens as a gift with the take note cube and was looking forward to using them. They are very cute to look at but the purple pen leaked and lost all of its ink in the pen holder of the take note cube which resulted in wasted notes and purple glitery fingers the rest of the day and the orange pen wouldn’t even write. The blue and black seem fine for now but it is definitely not worth the cost or trouble so please don’t throw your money away unless you just like looking at pretty pens because from my experience you can’t use them for pratical use. Love them! These pens write so smoothly and have so many pretty prints and colors! I use them for notes and assignments. The only thing I don't like is that you can't pick the prints you want....they come in seasonal colors. But otherwise I love them!!:) October 5, 2011
Not worth it While I loved my Gel Pens the first week I had them, after going through about one lecture of notes worth each the orange and purple each ran out of ink. Also the cap on the blue did not stay on and eventually got lost. They're cute, but if you want them for practicality, just say no. September 3, 2011
