Best Sarong Ever! I love this Sarong! I just got this in Lili Bell, and i love it already! Perfect as a swimsuit coverup! I wouldn't like this in Marina Paisley, because of all the white, it's a little sheer. But i love it! I also say be careful with your swimsuit color choice, make sure it matches the sarong! I love this! Perfect for Summer! May 11, 2014
Gorgeous pattern, but careful what you wear under! I have this sarong in Marina Paisley and Sun Valley, two gorgeous patterns. They are cotton, not polyester which is nice but they VERY sheer. The sheerness of the material is more evident with the Marina Paisley pattern which contains more white material than the Sun Valley. The Sun valley has more dark colours and is less see-through. I do use these quite a lot while on vacation, but just as a cover-up over a bathing suit. They are too see-through to be worn as a dress. Watch what you wear underneath!!! March 19, 2014
Looks great on me, and on the table too! I recently received this as a birthday gift in Tutti Frutti, and I love it! I've played around with it and love the versatility of styles available with it. I also put it on my table to see what it would look like, and it makes a really cute summertime table cloth! It is sort of sheer and delicate, so I'm not sure I would actually use it during a meal, but to just cover the table to make it look cute, it fits perfectly and looks great. Also, I'm glad I got the Tutti Frutti since there's very little white in the pattern. Not sure it I would be comfortable wearing one with a whole lot of white, since I'm sure it would look more see-through than the colors, but I don't feel naked with the Tutti Frutti on. If you're feeling self-conscious, I would recommend the darker patterns, such as Jazzy Blooms, Sun Valley, or Plum Crazy. July 7, 2013
Too sheer The sarong is very sheer. It makes a better scarf than a cover up. It is totally see through. June 6, 2013
Absolutely love it!!! I've had my eye on this sarong for a while now, and was thrilled when they came out with the summer colors! I bought the lilli bell, and I love it! The colors are so bright and the material is really soft! I am going to college in California, and this will probably be one of my most used items! Love it!!!! May 29, 2013
Great for swim I love the sarong!! It was very nice quality. The sun valley looks great with a red swimsuit. I would recommend!! April 18, 2013
Versatile! Lots of ways to wear the sarong I recently purchased the sarong in Jazzy Blooms after wanting one since watching the Liz on Location Vera Bradley sarong video. Doing a quick google search will bring it up. It shows several different ways to wrap/tie the sarong. I love the sarong in Jazzy Blooms--it's such a cheerful, fresh, floral print. I love the contrast of the colors with the gray background. It makes me think summer, vacations, and tropics. I can't wait to wear it at the pool this summer. I also plan on using it at the gym pool for a cover up too. I wanted to write this in case it might help others with questions on sizing. The sarong is one size. Liz in the video is significantly smaller than I am. I'm 5'1" and wear a size 10/12 pant, and a med/large shirt. My bust size size is in the double letters. I can easily wear the sarong wrapped around as a halter with the ends twisted into straps. If I squeeze and wrap tightly enough, I can just barely--and I mean barely--twist the ends into straps, cross, and wrap underneath my bust to tie in back--the bandeau style. I also don't think I can wear it wrapped and tied asymmetrically as Liz does in the video. Basically, I wrap and wear the sarong in the two halter styles (twisted ends and untwisted), and around the waist as a skirt, and as a scarf. I'm a little disappointed that I won't have quite as many options, but I still think the sarong is versatile. I think it will definitely be a great travel piece for vacations. I already have my eye on another Vera Bradley sarong. April 11, 2013
love it! it's not just for the beach! I bought mine last year in camellia and I love how nice and big it is! I used it for a cover up dress, skirt and a shawl. but once when summer ended, I found out other things I can use it year round. since I work outside most of the time in the winter, I've been wearing a lot of scarfs. I choose my sarong the most since it big enough to cover my neck and head. and it also to keep my ears warm since the wind can be extremity strong and cold. once when you folded it up nicely and tucked into your coat, nobody will ever notice that you are wearing a sarong as a scarf. Too Sheer My Sarong Just Arrived And I Couldn't Wait To Open Up The Box!!! I'm In Massage School And Was Looking For A Quality Sarong To Use As A Alternative Drape. Though The Quality One Would Expect From Vera Bradley Was Apparent, I Was Surprised At How SHEER It Was... Needless To Say I Can't Professionally Use It As A Drape, And Not Sure I Could Freely Use It As Clothing. I Would Definitely Have To Be Careful What I Wear Under It. February 27, 2013
True love So glad that I decided to purchase this sarong! I could not find one in my local stores and really wanted to see the size with my own eyes and feel the fabric also. I watched Liz on Location sarong video and loved it. Needless to say I did purchase it online and It was so worth it! It is very soft! The size is generous as well! I am on the thin side but no sarong has been long enough for my 5'7" height! And that's not even that tall! But this one is!!! I am so excited about this! I live in the south and use it as a scarf even in the summer! Wish I could buy the other 2 colors! August 29, 2012
