This is a great sized small purse for just the necessities for a night out on the town! The only thing that would make it better is a small hidden pocket inside for items you don't want flying out while ordering a drink! I love the length of the strap when it is at it's shortest. The black is very classy. I can't wait to use this!

FRANNIE!!!
Love this bag!! Frannie is my all time favorite style of bag and I have been waiting for it to come out in basic black. Just got it about 20 minutes ago and am loving it already. My collection grows and my husband groans! Thanks VB for another great product!

strap too short, no pockets, but great size
This is a nice small bag, and I'm so glad it comes in black. I wish the strap were longer, but it's a wonderful size for when you want to pare down. I'd like a separate pocket for my phone or my makeup.
I took the strap apart and re-sewed to make it longer (now it's not adjustable, which I sacrificed for the length, but I would rather have both). In black, this is not so much a young girl's bag, so it would be great if the strap were long enough for tall women to wear crossbody.
I also really prefer the sewn on Vera sliver tag on the front of some of the other black styles. This tag looks cheesy.
