Love the Drawstring Crossbody!
I am a huge fan of the retired Quick Draw that has a similar style to the Drawstring Crossbody. So of course I am so excited that Vera Bradley produced another similar style. This new cross body is so cute and lightweight. It is smaller than the Quick Draw but it is also a lot lighter. And, the faux leather trim is really nice and soft. I think it will help keep the parts of the bag clean that have the most chance of getting dirty (the strap and bottom). I wear my cross body styles very low (at or below my hip) and this one is very comfortable. The front concealed pocket is bigger than it looks and fits my iPhone and lip balm perfectly. Inside are two slip in pockets and a zippered pocket. I really like a zippered interior pocket and was so glad to see one in this style. I purchased this in Flower Shower (too cute) and plan to purchase another pattern right away!

Not a replacement for the Quick Draw
I purchased this bag in hopes of replacing my Quick Draw, which is my favorite Vera Bradley bag. This bag is so much smaller than the Quick Draw, but the Drawstring Crossbody was advertised as being larger than the Quick Draw (which it definitely isn't). My biggest complaint is that it is not as big as the Quick Draw! I had to return this bag as it was a HUGE disappointment. It was a very pretty bag, but not up to the standards of the old Quick Draw.

I just bought this bag because I love any kind of crossbody. I love the faux leather straps, however, the strap is perfect for crossbody, but not if you just want to wear it on your shoulder....you can't make the strap short enough....I'm 5'4" and when it's hooked into the last notch it still hangs past my waist. I had to have my husband make me a notch with his leather kit so I can carry this on my shoulder as well as crossbody. It has plenty of room for all your stuff and plenty of pockets. Overall, I'm happy with it....I just wish they made more notches on the strap so you can adjust the length better.
