Scalloped Hipster Crossbody
My new Favorite!
I received this bag in flower shower along with the matching slim coin purse for my birthday and absolutely love them both! The new pvc material is stunning and makes the pattern more vibrant. The scalloped edges are adorable and makes the bag all the more appealing. It looks much better in person. The bag is very roomy and versatile. The more stuff i put into it the more room it makes! no bulkiness whatsoever! The only complaint I have is that I cannot wear it as a cross body bag because it falls at an awkward spot on my hip. I am 5'9 and even at the bag's longest adjustment it just does not look right. However, that does not change my opinion on how fabulous the bag is! Still a must have!

Great bag with one reservation
I really do like this bag - I like the PVC material, it really does make the pattern pop. It holds quite a bit for such a small bag. The one reservation I have about the bag is that the middle compartment does not go all the way down to the bottom of the bag and therefore, small items like pens, small note papers, etc. do not stay in their compartment but can go under the middle compartment and that can be annoying. Please VB, secure the middle compartment to the bottom of the bag.

Cute alternative to traditional Vera Bradley
I purchased this bag in Fanfare Fans. After long and careful consideration between that and the Flutterby Butterflies I decided that the Fanfare was the more practical pattern for versatility even though I loved the fun bright purple in the Flutterby. After I received my Fanfare Fans scalloped hipster I was so in love with the look and the functionality of it that I ended up purchasing the Flutterby as well. I normally carry a turn-lock wallet in my purses (typical bags I carry rotate between the Mandy, the mailbag and the convertible crossbody) so this hipster is smaller than what I tend to carry and I also decided to purchase the BB collection Slim Coin Purses in matching patterns as a wallet alternative. In the scalloped hipster I was actually able to fit all of the items that I was carrying in my Mandy minus the turn-lock wallet. In the back compartment in the divided interior I had a BB collection slim coin purse with all my loyalty/club/punch cards, a zip ID case with my drivers license, cash, coins, debit card and biggby coffee card and my checkbook in a VB cover (all the contents of turn-lock wallet). There was still room in the back section if I wanted to bring my kindle (which is in a vera small e-reader cover). Middle zippered section held an ink pen, gum and dental floss. front open pocket held lip balm (probably 3-4 at a time), small pack of tissues, vera pocket papers, travel sized hand lotion, small bath and body hand sanitizer, a tune-in case with 2 pair of earbuds inside and a travel size bottle of advil. I was AMAZED at the amount of stuff I could cram into what appeared to be this tiny bag. It held its shape nicely only just looking a little like I had too much in there when I carried the kindle. This little guy holds the same amount while not looking so "duffel bag" as my husband likes to refer to my vera purses. So all in all I say this is an awesome alternative to traditional VB fabric bags!
