Delivery of Your Order

Orders selected for Ground service will process and ship within 5-10 business days. Orders selected for Next Day and Second Day service will process and ship within 24 business hours, excluding holidays.

Allow 5-7 business days for the product to arrive at U.S. Military post office boxes. We cannot guarantee delivery time after the order is delivered to the military post office box.

Inspecting Your Order for Damage

Once your order has arrived, immediately inspect the package for potential damage that may have occurred during shipping. Carefully inspect the packaging and the contents of the package. It is normal for the box to show some wear; however, if additional damage occurred:

• Contact FedEx if the damage occurred to the package and/or the product during delivery. Have your FedEx tracking number ready for reference.
• Contact Vera Bradley Customer Service if the contents inside the package are damaged.
