Offered through Anthem, our health insurance plan offers two options:

Available for employees with the option to include family members.
Life Insurance
Employees are provided an individual life insurance policy at no charge after 30 days of employment.
Disability Insurance
After one year of service, employee are eligible for both long-term and short-term disability at no cost.
Flexible Spending Plans
A smart way to help cover out-of-pocket medical expenses, this benefit enables employees to have money deducted from payroll before taxes to cover medical expenses, including insurance premiums, deductibles, prescriptions and more.
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan
Available after one year of employment, we offer several investment opportunities on a pre-tax or post-tax basis for retirement. Vera Bradley may also make a contribution to the plan for participating employees.
