My favorite Vera handbag
This is without a doubt my favorite style of Vera Bradley, I have multiple
patterns in this style. I wish it could have been made in Pink Elephants,
that would have been really nice looking.
Also I would like to agree with other reviewers that have asked for this bag
in solid Black, that would be so terrific to carry in the fall and winter!
Please listen to your reviewers and make it in black!
This is such an accessible, go-to bag.

I'm in Love!
I just got this bag in the mail yesterday. The color is beautiful - Heather. I love the shape and size. I can't wait to use this bag!! The straps are nice and long so it sits at a nice spot on my side. You can fit a lot in here! I bought it with the Turn-Lock Wallet, and with the wallet inside there is still plenty of room!

Great for everyday.
I just got this in the mail today and I love it. Lots of pockets for my small items that can fall to the bottom and get lost in other bags. One thing I don't like, It has no zipper pocket. The good news is that the inside pockets are deep enought to hide my feminine products, but still would prefer to have a zipper pocket. Over all great size and I love it.

My "Go To" Bag
Love this bag in every way. The 6 inside pockets are super. Another outside pocket and even better one with a zipper would make it even better.
How about making it in "Vera Vera" in black or even better a very dark navy or one of each......maybe red would be good, too.
Good design selection but fabrics don't really do it for winters where it is snowy. Mine go on the shelf in November in favor of a black leather bag.
Many of the colors are a bit off the wall and soon end up in the sale area. More generic designs and colors would be better.

The perfect handbag....
I love these bags (I have two)---they have the right size handles for a one-handed flip onto my shoulder; they have a zipper closure; they have multiple pockets; they stand up when placed on floor or counter; they are washable; they have a handy outside pocket---in short they are perfect! But there is one problem: there is no solid black. Please, please, please make a solid black one! I really need it to carry through the winter.

Great little bag
This bag is a great size, hangs well on the body (I'm 5'3") and the 6 six pockets are great for organization. I feel like I can never go back to a back with out the interior slip pockets like this bag. The zipper is also nice when your bag is in the seat of your car and you have to make a quick stop and it falls over.

The Perfect Handbag
I totally agree with Mickey T's review! My only wish is that this handbag would be manufactured in solid black.

I didn't intend to have a Mandy. My daughter was actually gifted one a few months ago, but it's a little on the big side for her to use regularly, so it was just sitting in her closet.
Well, we recently moved, and I had purged a lot of purses when we packed. And mostly, I'm happy with the ones I have. But this weekend, I found myself in need of one just a little bigger than what I was currently using, and my daughter's Mandy caught my eye. I borrowed it, intending just to use it for the weekend - but I may have to steal it until I get one of my own!
Here is what I love:
* All the beautiful interior pockets. The little things that would typically be rolling around in the bottom of my bag fit so snug and accessible in the pockets. And they hold a LOT. I currently have in mine: 1) some lip gloss, 2) gum in one of those cup-holder containers, 3) my sunglasses in a hard protetcitve case, 4) a bulky, two-sided boar bristle brush, 5) a bottle of foundation, and 6) a mini B&BW lotion and body spray.
* A solid, wide enough (but not overly wide) base. When I've had bags with interior pockets in the past, one problem I've found is that once they are filled, I can't put anything else in the bag! They collapse in and take up all the space. But even with all that I have stuffed into the pockets, the solid base here keeps the bag open wide enough for me to slide in my (stuffed) Vera wristlet and a cosmetics bag, with still some more room available. It also keeps things open enough that I can easily see my keys at the bottom of the bag. (I have them on a Vera lanyard, which I highly recommend - I hardly ever lose them anymore.)
* The structure. Largely b/c of that solid base, it stands up nicely. And even though I've got all 6 pockets full and the aforementioned wristlet and cosmetics bag in the interior, it doesn't LOOK overstuffed. It doesn't bulge. That's just amazing to me with how much I have in it!
* The exterior pocket. It's just the right size for a cell phone. It doesn't zip, but it's so nice and snug that I'm really not worried about my phone falling out, and it's easily accessible, especially since the bag stays upright so well.
It might be nice to have one zipped interior compartment, but I don't find myself missing it as much as I thought I would, since most of my other purses have one. Something about the construction of the unzipped pockets holds the contents secure enough that I'm not particularly worried about them falling out.
This is is possibly the first purse I've ever used that I felt really organized using, and that also allows me to carry a whole bunch of stuff without feeling like I look like I'm carrying everything but the kitchen sink with me. (Even though I almost am!)

New summer bag
Had been looking for a new summer bag in lighter colors to replace my well loved, well worn Betsey. After having this for a few weeks now, even though I did wash old Betsey, I may never return to her! Just wanted to say how helpful the reviewer was who did the comparison of the 2 bags. That is absolutely what convinced me to try it. That, and the fact that it was on sale. Just wanted to say a few things about some issues that I have seen raised by others.
One: falling over. This is something that I just can't imagine happening because I stand mine up on the floor of the closet every day and it stands up beautifully.
Two: the recessed zipper. Have decided that I am in love with this feature. Other bags without it are often difficult to close because the end piece of the zipper is not stationery and you need one hand to hold that while you zip with the other. Because this one is recessed the end of the zipper is sewn to the bag so voila! You only need one hand to pull the zipper.
I am able to fit everything in that I had in the Betsey and I must say I think the slightly narrower width makes things fit better. I had already purchased a different style for the fall otherwise I think I probably would have bought this in another pattern. That's how much I love it!

This purse is PLENTY big and has 3 pockets along each side of the inside, but.......no zipper pockets at all - inside or out! One VERY small pocket on the outside. I've had this purse less than a month and can't tell you how many times it has fallen over and everything that is in every pocket comes out and goes to the bottom of the purse or on the floor of the car. I don't carry a lot in my purse so it's not overloaded by any means. I guess this one will go on the shelf in the closet.
