BRING BACK THE OLD BOWLER BAG!
I agree with many that the styling of the old bowler bag was much more useful in many ways. I have 5 different ones and appreciate many of the features that were changed. I like the long zipper on the outside plus the flaps (for keys) on the other side. The shape does not zip up as well to hold items and is more cumbersome. Please bring back the old style or at least give us a choice. I purchased two new ones yesterday, switched the items out last night, and now am ready to return the new ones for credit. I don't know of the other styles which one can replace the Bowler so this may be my last purchase of Vera Bradley.

Bring back the old Bowler!!!
The changes to purse are horrible. It is small. It is too narrow. There is not enough room for all the things I need to carry. I love the old Bowler style. It was the best. Why change something that works so well? There are several purses that I have really liked and they have either bee changed drastically, and not for the good, or they have stopped making them all together. I love Vera Bradley. But I can't even find a purse that I like anymore. So, I guess I will be moving on and looking for a new brand that doesn't keep changing and getting rid of popular styles.

Please bring back my old style Bowler
There is no comparison to the old design, own several of them. This might be a nice bag for someone who didn't experience the original design. Love Vera Bradley, but I know what works for me.

Please bring back the original
After reading all the reviews about the original Bowler's generous space and ability to carry iPads, kindles, etc, I just had to weigh in.
I use my original Bowler (Yellow Bird pattern) to carry my kindle, my iPad in a case, AND a 13" MacBook Pro. I store all the cables in the big inner zip pocket, and the double zip opening makes it so easy to pack for school. That's how much space the original has.
The rolled handles are so sturdy; such a great bag.
Ya just need to bring it back!!

sad to say this replaced the best bowler
I would think with all the poor reviews that you get from this bag you would think that you would bring back the old bowler which is by far way better than this one. Why would you change something that everyone liked that is crazy. I stopped buying VB because my favorite bag is no longer avalible. In my years of working you don't change something that is working for you. I would buy another old bowler if you came back out with them, listen to your customers esp. the old timers.

Pockets are not are useful as old bowler. I have had about 15 old style bowlers and one new one. Please, please bring back old style!

orginal bowler was much better
this is ok... I bought one, but it didnt serve me as well as the orginal bowler... which was bigger and the out side pockets were safer... Please bring back the orginal bowler

Agree with others...bring back the old one, PLEASE
If you never had the old style Bowler, then you will really like this bag! For those of us that have had the old one, this just doesn't do it justice. I LOVE my old style Bowlers. This one is just OK and I am looking for a different style now that I can Love as much as I did the old one. This bag is roomy and has several pockets to keep you organized.

Bring the old Bowler back, PLEASE
The original bowler was perfect--very roomy and accessible. The new style is much smaller, and I would not buy another, because it just won't expand to hold lots of stuff. I like a large, roomy bag, with lots of pockets, inside and out. Please consider making the original style again soon!
