For those who are having trouble with the pen
I had some of the same issues with this pen until I realized that to fix the tip so it won't retract, all you have to do is pull the top and bottom parts of the pen apart, then take out the refill cartridge. Push it back in hard and put the pen back together, and it works great...until you have to repeat the above steps! Okay, yes, Vera, you really need to fix this pen because that would make the pen great instead of mediocre.

Pen retracts easily and broke quickly
I was excited about this pen when I bought it a couple of weeks ago, however, it retracts while you are trying to write with it. Ok, that was bad enough, but now it has retracted and won't budge, rendering it completely unusable. This isn't a cheap pen, by any means, and I would expect better quality from Vera Bradley. I love my other purchases from this company.

retracts on it's own
Am I crazy? My middle daughter wants a pen for work/school that will stand out and asked me to get her one of these. I have two (or three) of these. Although they are pretty they frustrate me, they retract on their own. Please Vera....tell us how to fix this!

I Can't Get Enough of These Pens
I love the Vera Bradley pens so much that they are now the only pens I use. Yes, they are a little heavier than cheap pens, but that's one of the things I like about them. It makes my handwriting neater and more controlled. And what is more fun than taking a notepad and matching pen out of your matching purse and writing?! They also make beautiful gifts because even the box they come in is gorgeous!

fantastic pen :)
I just bought this pen yesterday in Summer Cottage to finally complete my Summer Cottage collection . I am very happy with this product, it is a bit heavy to write with but that is what I like about it . The ink doesn't smear and it writes the first time every time. I am going to purchase some Vera Bradley pens as gifts. I would highly suggest this pen , I am very, very picky about the pens I write with so this one gets five stars.

Pretty but not Practical
This pen is extremely pretty but not practical. It is top heavy and is hard to balance when writing. If you drop it on a desk or table it makes a ridiculously loud noise that a pen should not make. The ink flow is not very good either. It is uneven and requires hard pressure to write well with it. I wish Vera Bradley would make a better pen, very disappointed.

Point retracts while writing. Extremely annoying. Also thick and heavy. Even on sale, not worth it.

Love these pens!
OK, I will admit I have a SERIOUS Vera Bradley pen addiction!! I have bought seven of these in the last year, and still have a list of colors that I want. I love how the boxes they come in are also durable and I use them as little pen boxes in my desk - great for organization. Thankfully Vera places them on sale, so I can also appease my pen addiction and have beautiful pens that work great for my desk!

Great, small pen!
This pen fits so nicely in my All in one Wristlet. The box is so pretty, it still sits on my desk with my pencils! The ink writes very fluidly, and it is probably the best pen I have ever seen!

LUV IT!
Got this from my parents and I love it. I have it in Plum Petals and the colors are great. Ink runs smoothly and the color is bright and bold. The box it comes in is great and really pretty. Fits perfectly in my backpack in Floral Nightingale. Beautiful product, great job Vera!
