Tote-tally Awesome!
I absolutely love my Vera tote! I currently use it for work. It's big enough to carry my Vera Bradley cooler, my Vera Bradley agenda and a pair of shoes. I used to contantly misplace my desk key. Now, I keep my desk key on my Vera Bradley lanyard which conveniently clips to the pocket of my tote. The mulitiple pockets keep me organized. I constantly get compliments on my tote as it coordinates with my cooler and lanyard. It's everything I ever wanted in a tote and more!

Perfect Knitting Tote!
The Vera is the perfect bag for knitting supplies. It has lots of room and the inner pockets are great for needles and other small things you might need. I also love the length of the handles and the height of the bag. I definitely recommend it! My favorite Vera Bradley purchase :)

My favorite Vera Bradley bag!
I have 3 Vera's - Loves Me, Va Va Bloom, and Go Wild. Want it in every pattern though. At first I thought this bag was extremely big, but then I used it. I tend to carry a large bag to carry all me stuff to work and college. This bag fits it all - my purse stuff, make-up bag, school notebook, school book, iPad and iPad mini. It's so nice not having to carry two bags. I've also taken this on vacation and it works great with that also. The lanyard on the front pocket is great for my car keys. The quilted strap is comfortable on my shoulder. I do wish however, that Vera Bradley made a tote just like this but a little smaller - for when I don't need to carry so much... like maybe call it the "Little Vera"? I have a Mandy but its a little small and I don't like the Three O tote. You can also use this bag as an overnight bag also.

One of the Best Totes I Have Used!!!
I own the Vera in Islands Blooms and bought it mainly to use as my 8th grade backpack. However, it also makes for a great overnight bag.
I do not usually take many books home with me, so an average night's load would consist of my overstuffed accordion file, student agenda, Brush and Pencil case (also in Island Blooms# , the occasional textbook, water bottle, and my Let's Do Lunch, in Limes Up. In the surrounding pockets I could store my cell phone, wallet, and various makeup, eyeliner, mascara, lip gloss, etc., with MUCH room to spare. When I stuffed the tote to its capacity it held four 1" binders, 4 100 page notebooks, my overstuffed accordion file, student agenda, Brush and Pencil case, 4 folders, my water bottle, and a book.The only con I can see is it can cause shoulder cramps if it is constantly stuffed.
The Vera also makes a great overnight bag surprisingly. I can fit 2 outfits, pajamas, my Medium Cosmetic,in Simply Violet, a swimsuit, pillow, and filled toiletry bag with little room to spare, though I was still able to close it using the toggle closure # I never really did this for school as I was always in a hurry).
After a year's worth of use, my Vera is still in great condition. I haven't washed it yet. You could hardly tell it hard been used hardcore as a backpack for a teenager, though I take care of my stuff fairly well. This could possibly be my favorite VB product of all time. A MUST-HAVE TOTE <3
I LOVE this bag! Its size is great for everything. If I'm going to the pool, it easily fits a towel, plus it has fantastic pockets for my sunglasses, wallet, keys, goggles, sunscreen, hair brush, hair detangler, etc. (Also great for a day at the beach!) If I'm traveling, I put my iPad, its charger, my Kindle, its charger, my phone, its charger, my iPod, its charger, my flute, my flute music, a collapsible music stand, my collapsible flute stand, a book, a water bottle, etc. When I don't need it (rare!!) it folds up nicely, and it goes into my closet (take out removable board bottom). When I bought it I thought I would only use it for school but I was SOO wrong. YOU HAVE TO GET THIS TOTE!!! Trust me, it's worth every penny.

I CALL THIS "THE EVERYTHING" BAG
I have this bag in 5 different colors and I love it!!!!! I work 2 jobs a day, so it holds my essentials going from one job to another. I am gone for 15 hours each day, so it's impossible to go home between jobs. It is roomy enough to carry an emergency outfit, 1 large cosmetic bag, a book, water bottle, files, an umbrella and both my lunch and dinner. The inside pockets are great for keeping everything organized. It's my best friend when flying too. Can't say enough about the VERA.

Falls off shoulder to much!!!
To be honest the bag is large, has many pockets and fits alot. My main complaint is the straps are mega long, at least an inch shorter would be better. Having the straps so long causes it to always slip off your shoulder. You constantly have to hold on to the strap or oops there it goes falling off. Perhaps adding a PARTICLE round tubing in the center of the strap like the campus tote may help from constantly falling and still keeps the straps flexable. Yet if you dont mind having your bag fall off your shoulder then this bag is great otherwise.

GREAT BAG.....with problems
I love this bag and I've had it for almost 2 years.......but my handles are disintegrating. The fabric is shredding. My daughter has the same bag, hers is newer than mine and it's doing the same thing. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem or if it's just a bad lot of fabric. I've never heard of this problem with any Vera bag and I have friends who have had theirs for years. I'm hesitant to order another one or any other style............don't know what the fabric will do.

Va va VOOM for the Vera tote
I have three of these and am going to buy a fourth. This tote has it ALL! There are the 6 inner pockets that are deep enough to accommodate ANYthing. Two of these inner slip pockets are EXTRA wide. There are 2 outer pockets, one slip and one zippered. These are really large as well. This bag is my dream tote! Way to go, Vera!
