Great for Travel and College
As a veteran traveler and a college teacher, I need to haul a lot of things around with me while I walk fairly long distances. This backpack is an excellent way to free up you hands while you walk and also to evenly distribute the weight of what you are carrying and still carry a fairly large purse. The description says it is petite but it is actually fairly roomy for a purse. I have fit a one liter bottle of water and a 12 oz bottle of soda in it along with my E-reader, my glasses case and all my regular purse items. The back pocket is excellent because you can put a good sized wallet and your passport in there and be pretty well protected from pickpockets while wearing the backpack on your back. It is also a sleek and nice-looking bag, like all VB bags.

school bag
I use this bag to carry around school because next year we are not allowed to have shoulder bags but they will allow us to use these bags. This bag does not fit a normal size folder in unless you bend one side of the folder. Other wise I can fit my glasses case and wallet on the two inside pocket. An agenda my bent folder and my pencil case in the biggest compartment.

Perfect for any ages
I got this backpack for my for my little sister's birthday and she loved. I am 12 and have also had one for about 5 years maybe more and it is still in mint condition. I thank vera Bradley for making such amazing products.

Great book bag!
I am in middle school and have trouble holding all my books my binder and other school supplies. This small backpack fits my books, other school items, and can hold my phone ,wallet, glasses, and other items when I need. It is super fashionable and has some extra pockets to hols smaller items. I love my Lime's Up beckpack and would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Great but small
this is a great back pack. my only complain is that its so small. I would recomend this to anyone it is so cute. I got it in summer cotage and LOVE IT!

Love it!!! Great for a mom on the go.
Love this backpack, works will 4 a mom on the go, as a every day purse. Wearing it as a backpack allows u 2 keep your hands free. Has 2 large deep pockets, one on the front and one on the back. Great for storing those extra Kleenex. Side pockets are great for holding cell. (Not big enough for a water bottle.) 2 deep pockets inside, great for pens, nail file, lolly pops. Holds large wallet with room to spare. Wish it had a double zipper closure. Love that its durable and washable (gentle cycle)

Adorable, but small
This is my 9th Vera Bradley item and I have loved them all. I received this backpack as a gift, after asking for one. It is really cute however, it is SMALL. I am in my mid 40's and there is no way this could be used as a backpack in the traditional sense. I could not even get both arms through the slings. Also, the sling straps are NOT adjustable. But this would be the perfect size for my 7 year old daughter. Also, not really meant to hold books....maybe an IPAD or couple of bottles of water. I am returning it in hopes of finding a larger, Adult size backpack. I am giving it 2 stars since it is small and the straps are not adjustable. otherwise, very cute!

AWESOME !!!!!!
I bought this back pack for my 12 yr old daughter who needs to carry a purse but does not like the traditional, over the shoulder handbags. She is in absolute love, it holds all her essentials, her nook, ipod and tons of other stuff and yet is still a smaller sized bag. I bought it in canyon because i thought her being so young, it would be least likely to show dirt and stains and i have to say it is GORGEOUS and this is my NEW FAVORITE COLOR AND PURSE STYLE, i am for sure buying me one for days when i need to be hands free(like amusement parks,hiking,extreme shopping) but yet still need to have my ton of stuff with me. Please keep making this size back pack.

Awesome Carry On!
I got this in Doodle Daisy, for a backpack for school, a carry on, and for a purse. Recently, I went to go see a movie. Since I'm a diabetic, I like to bring snacks in case my bloodsugar goes low. I also brought a waterbottle, and it fit perfectly in it. I don't use the back zipper that much since I already can fit a lot in the front pocket, and on the inside. If your thinking of using this for a carry on, backpack, or purse, go for it girl! Plus, it comes in pretty patterns.
