A closer look: Lola

We’re wrapping up our preview of new Fall colors with a real neon knockout. Lola is contemporary-meets-crafty, with sweet shades of cherry pinks, pistachio and chocolate brown. Vera Bradley’s Trend Reporter, Liz, joins us again to share more on this fresh color.

Lola

What inspired it …

“Electric hues blend with warm, earthy tones in this unconventional take on a Baroque-influenced spread. Scallop edges lend a playful side to this traditional pattern while colorful eyelet stripes create a diamond plaid interior that plays off the DIY craze.”

How to wear it …

“One of the hottest color trends this fall is combining opposites; in this case, neon and neutral. Try pairing your favorite Lola style with a monochromatic neutral look or a neutral look with shot of a neon, such as a bright sweater with a simple t-shirt or a bold accessory to pull out the bright green or pink in this new pattern.”
