Halloween is big at Vera Bradley. And by big, we mean there’s an actual, tangible award for the best-dressed department. Yes, the Golden Pumpkin is a coveted trophy passed each year to the group with the most creative, well-executed costume concept. Here is a sampling of some of the more popular competitors for 2010:

The Administrative and Foundation team was a batch of blooming, beautiful “wallflowers,” and a favorite on Facebook.

For our Marketing crew, it was a case of “who dunnit,” as they dressed as the characters from the popular board game Clue. In the end, it was Ms. Peacock in the Dining Room with the candlestick, in case you were curious.

Perhaps in reference to their informal job description, our Human Resources ladies were a hit with others in similar fields when they suited up as firefighters.
